Lance Winters coordinated my roof replacement in Forney. I had extensive damage from the tornado in May. My neighbor recommended JML Roofing and Mr. Winters. They arrived on time, replaced my roof in one day. The entire area was cleared from debris and my small trees were protected. Jeff Montoney was awesome to work with. Quote was quick and accurate. His crew showed up up on time, and did it all in one day. They repaired a roof leak that we had, stripped all old shingles, and replaced with new shingles. Everything was cleaned up afterwards, looked like nobody had been there.

Show up on schedule, was a portion that he suggested we leave and was very generous with a reduction in cost. Worked around my solar panels which I was very concerned with. Worked out great. I would recommend Jeff, a local in Rockwall. Cleaned up well and checked the yard. Good crew and equipment.

Jeff was so responsive to a my situation. I was in a time crunch due to weather and an upcoming appraisal. Met me on Friday at property. Monday the guys started roof but due to late shingle delivery they could not finish until Tuesday. But Jeff was onsite working the delivery problem. Home was left clean and appraisal went as scheduled on Wednesday. Appraiser even commented on quality roof . Jeff and his company made it happen for me.

This company is reasonable, professional, excellent customer service, quality of work is superior. The yard was spotless when they left. Color selections were great for both shingles and gutters.
