I called Honea Air first thing next morning and they sent a tech out by late afternoon. It took him less than 30 minutes to identify the defective part and replace it. The A/C is running strong and the house is cool again. Cost $188 for the service call, parts and tax.

They are always great when we work with them. They are very honest.

Repair was very quick. Engineer showed broken part.
Part was $~68 so I paid $100 for about 15 minutes of work.

Previous company suggested significant work needed, including re- wiring. Honea found and fixed the root cause of our problem in less than 15 minutes....they arrived on time, knew what they were doing, and saved us a significant amount of money....highly recommend them.

Team was on time, quick and very conscientious. Great job! Finished in two half days.

Placed a service call for an A/C unit not working. Was told someone would be out very next day. Going on two weeks now and no one has showed up. I guess they don't need the business.

They are fabulous. We've used them for several years. They didn't install our units but they are very honest. When they came out we thought there was something wrong and it just needed to be cleaned. He only charged us for the one hour that he was here instead of taking us for a ride which he could have. It wasn't blowing out cold air so we thought there was a Freon leak. We've used them for the past couple of years. We have 5 units in our house so there is always something going wacky. They have been nothing but honest and it has always been something less when they have come out, which has been nice.

Great experience. Our AC went out on Sunday night, I called on Monday morning and a technician was at our house by 10:30am. He was here for about 15 minutes and during that time he figured out that it was a burned out capacitor, had a replacement in his truck, replaced it and did a general system check. He told me everything else looked good, i.e. didn't try to say I needed a regular service visit, or new freon or anything else. Everything was covered under our warranty with Carrier so I don't know what their prices are like, but they didn't charge me anything for the warranty work. I would definitely call them again!

I have an elderly relative and she was in the house during a very hot month. The air conditioner failed on us and we were desperate to find someone that could come out really quickly and take care of this problem. Honea came out within the day and actually installed the new unit without a hassle, getting the air back on. We were very pleased with everything they did and have since signed up for a service contract with them.
