After performing the service Jeff disappeared, he does not answer the calls or texts.

They do excellent work, very cost effective. They are hard to get in touch with because they are busy all the time but I trust them so I am willing to wait. The guys name is Jeff Mandery. He does a good job. He didn't charge me anything. He has put in both of my A/C units and he has done a lot of work for me over the years. He gets delayed on jobs but it's the nature of the business.

Extremely professional service, very fair prices. Came by a year later when the other AC unit was malfunctioning ... quickly identified the problem (clogged drain) and fixed it. Arrived on time and was super responsive. Go with Jeff for exceptional service, no BS approach and save thousands (literally).

He didn't charge us. He's a wonderful man. He's absolutely fabulous. He does an excellent job. When we had our air conditioners replaced, he charged us half the price, He made everything with the furnace and air conditioning upstairs code worthy.

Jeff and his team were absolutely fantastic.  He viewed our replacement AC with the eye of someone who was engineering it for the first time.  When he discovered a problem in the drain from the AC, he addressed it appropriately.  Everything went absolutely smoothly; all the way from the estimate to the final parts of the installation.  They were also our lowest bid for the level of SEER rating we chose.  I strongly recommend him for his company's professionalism, and for his HVAC expertise.

I called Houston Admiral, (whom I have done business with for years) on Dec 26, 2012 to come see why my furnace wasn't working. Technician went into the attic and checked out the unit. When he came down he told me the circuit board was fried and the blower motor had shorted out. The heat exchanger and the flame sensor were in bad shape and severely rusted. Said the unit was dangerous and that I needed a new system which he could sell me for $3681.00. A neighbor suggested I call Mandery, so the morning of Dec. 31, I did, just to see if they agreed with the condition of the unit. Jeff Mandery called me at work about noon that same day, when he was on his way, as I had requested and I met him at my house. He went into the attic, checked out the unit and told me the hot surface igniter needed to be replaced. He had the part on his truck and switched them out, bringing down the broken piece to show me what caused the heater not to work. After he gave me an invoice for $195.00, I showed him the written evaluation Houston Admiral had given me and he assured me my furnace was not in that condition. I highly recommend him. He was prompt, knowledgable and most of all honest. I will call him from now on.

Excellent - immediate diagnosis of problem and timely replacement of defective coil. They took care of all the warranty paperwork also!

Jeff and his assistant arrived on time and worked efficiently. The job site was left clean and orderly both days. The installation went very smoothly. The new equipment was fitted to the space pretty much perfectly. There was impressively little mess. The detailing of the work turned out very cleanly, almost as if no work had been done, at all - no jagged or rough edges; glue where it was meant to be, fixtures straight and level. The guys were totally self-sufficient, calling on me only for questions a couple of times. At the end of each day Jeff showed me the work that was done and told me what I could expect for the pacing of the job. From maintenance work and a smaller job Jeff did for us last year, I felt confident he would do the work really well. I was right. The job was worry-free. Jeff also shared my concern about my "old" equipment being put to use. It was only three years old, but too small for the space, installed by the builder.
