So good

Had issues with my pool pump, they said it was fixed, scheduled to pool to be cleaned and the filter washed. Did the cleaning and did a great job at that. Still had issues with the pump, air getting into the pump chamber, eventually losing power. They came out again, twice DISD this is normal, which it is not. I have maintained my own pool for over 24 years, and I know a bad pump seal. Told them I needed them to replace the seals and scheduled another visit. They didn?t show when expected,again, said tech was sick but rescheduled me for a week later. Meantime pool is going south again, poor circulation equals algae. I I sent a text again yesterday to confirm they were coming tomorrow. He said he would check. I go to a retail pool company and schedule a tech to come out tomorrow and fired University Pool. When I texted them again, they said they didn?t say they weren?t coming. They cost me double their quoted price. Angie, normally your recommendations are always good, this time, you let me down. I have the texts if you have any questions. Very disappointed

Heater on pool failed. University was quick to respond but the service person made the repair without the ablity to estimate the cost. Advised it would be around $500 and a bill came two weeks later for almost $800. Will not use the pool service in the future.

Great work in leveling and retiling our in pool spa. Labor was a little on the high side but you get what you pay for. Thanks.

Throughout the year, we maintain the pool ourselves. But for vacations we need someone to provide routine upkeep. Our pool is small, and after a windy day will be full of pine needles which clogs the skimmers in a matter of minutes once the equipment is running. In the past, we have never used a pool company more than once while we were away due to poor service. The guys at University Pool services did a wonderful job! We noticed last night coming back from vacation that the neighborhood/our driveway was full of leaves, and expected the worst. I just checked out the pool this morning and everything is in tip-top shape! Highly recommend
