They were very prompt, knowledgeable. The only thing that surprised me was that there was no warranty. Normally there would be at least a 30 day but they had "No Warranty" on my receipt. I was surprised about that.

Koen Plumbing scheduled a home visit right away and I had my toilets and bathroom fixtures repaired promptly. Their master plumber was very practical and when the time came to execute the job they had a team of experts complete the job quickly and with no mess left behind. The price was great and I will call them again for future plumbing needs.
