I had a second service completed, the removal and replacement of another tub drain. I have not been awarded credit for this project. People ere great and very hepfull but tle selectionand execution was medocre. No break given for me supplying the decorative tile and ficfictures.

They don't communicate. They unilaterilly cancelled the initial appointment(put us behind in the repair, apparently switched plumbers midstream, finally did repair (I guess) & charged my credit card. Still have not received the bill or was told what they found or what repair was made--for $3295.
