Prompt, professional evaluation / quote / completion of task.

They arrived around 10:00 a.m. and were complete around 3:00 p.m. I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone who needs a good, reasonably priced, plumbing contractor. Both plumbers were clean and kept their workspace neat. They were very professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing. One caveat is: they do not take credit cards, only cash or check.

We have used them before, and we have been pleased with them. They are very courteous. My husband checked around for prices, and he thought it was a good price. They came when they said they were coming. I had no problems with them. Their price was pretty reasonable for the size of the water heater that they put in. We were very pleased with the quality of the work. They cleaned up the mess. They worked very hard to work us in. They came within the window that they gave us. I thought they were very professional.

The plumber was friendly, professional and explained everything very well. Everything fine-covered above.

I called the day before and spoke with Lisa, who was very polite, knowledgable and helpful. I made an appointment for the next day at 9 am and they said they would call before coming out. They did call and arrive on time. Both Mark and Sonny were knowledgable, courteous and did their job on New Years Eve with a positive and friendly attitude. They came gave us an estimate and performed the work needed to fix the problem with not enough hot water going to the shower. they also ran a water line to an icemaker under the house. I was obvious that they are experienced and honest workers. Other family member who were present wanted business cards, as all were impressed with the job done. We would definitely use this company again.

I have used this company before. They are good. They are honest and pretty quick. They are just a good company to deal with. They are also local. They stand by their work and will come back to fix it at no cost. They are fair in their pricing.

Randy showed up right on time. He was friendly and very professional. Got to work right away and completed the installation quickly. He also cleaned up everything so there was no mess for me to deal with. I have come to depend on these people for all of my plumbing needs.

I called in advance to arrange a particular morning to have1 new toilet installed and 1 reset. The technician arrived as I had arranged but I changed to 2 new toilets to be installed. I had been quoted $165 to install a new toilet. Mark had no problems installing both new toilets--they were still in box and had to be put together. One bathroom had a broken flange and that cost another $45. Mark was very courteous and cleaned up after his work and took all trash.

They did the work successfully and quite well.

They come when they say they will come. They have parts on their truck so there is no need to go find parts, etc. They take care of the area they are working in by keeping it clean, and cleaning up after they have finished. They get in, do the work fast, and leave. There is no all day visit with them underfoot. Their prices are fair for the quality of work done. I will continue to use them any time I have a plumbing problem.

Their price was very reasonable and it was probably $60 or $70 for that work and he knew us well. He over scheduled and was a single plumber and did not have enough resources. He may have his son with him now, I don?t know, but his biggest problem is that being able to get everything in that eh scheduled. I think he was honest and did the best job he could, but he was over strapped at times and could not get out when we needed him a couple of times. He was working in good faith and when he gets out he is good and the pricing is fair.

Great! I had a MAJOR problem as my roof was being replaced. When the roofers removed rotten decking to replace, water started shooting out of my roof. There had been a roofing nail driven into the copper water line that some plumber had installed too close to the roof line when the house was built. I had a large hole in my roof with the decking ripped off and rain threatening. I started calling plumbers in the yellow pages as I needed immediate help. Due to the lateness in the day, those that I'd called could not come until next day. When I called Abacus Plumbing (also could not come until next morning), they suggested I call Doug at Alpha Omega Plumbing. Doug sent a plumber out within 30 minutes. He had to climb a ladder and get on the second story to splice and replace the copper line through the roof hole. The plumber fixed it in about 30 minutes, the roofers were able to cover the hole and we just beat the rain. While I had to pay overtime due to the time of day, it was worth it due to their immediate response and where the plumber had to climb to fix it. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the results. I called Alpha Omega Plumbing the next morning to thank them for responding so quickly and for the good work their plumber did. I will certainly use Doug & company again in the future.

Doug, the owner of Alpha Omega stayed with the problem and continued to look for a solution until he found it. He even told us to have the sprinkler repair guy call him so he could tell him what he had found. Doug's persistence, knowledge and many years of experience saved us a lot of trouble and money. We will always use Doug at Alpha Omega for any future plumbing needs.

They were on time, polite, and went right to work. Leaks were fixed with new pipe being installed. I felt they charged too much for the time and work performed. When I called the company to explain their pricing policy and to justify the charges, they were very evasive and after several calls, could never get a satisfactory answer.

I DO NOT BELIEVE IN PAYING A COMPANY FOR THE PRIVILEGE OF SPENDING MY MONEY TO GET THEM TO DO A JOB FOR ME.

THE PLUMBERS SHOWED UP DURING THE TIME SET UP BY THE DISPATCHER. THEY FOUND THE LEAK QUICKLY AND REPAIRED IT QUICKLY. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH ALL ASPECTS OF THEIR PERFORMANCE.

THE PERSON WHO CAME OUT, TOOK HIS TIME IN LOCATING THE PROBLEM AND EXPLAINING WHAT IT WOULD TAKE TO FIX IT.

USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE ON TWO OCCASIONS, BOTH TIMES WERE EXCEPTIONAL. REPRESENTATIVE WAS PUNCTUAL AND REPAIRED THE LEAK QUICKLY. EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND THE REPAIRS MADE TO CORRECT IT.
