In dealing with them, through an Angie's List Big Deal, I was contacted immediately with a warm and professional manner. I liked that they wanted to get it perfect to my specifications. It was packed in a heavy duty box and padded really well. It had directions in it to make it stay beautiful. It was just a first class act all around. It came the same way the second time, this January. Everything was perfect! I would recommend them for the cutting boards, but they probably do everything with care. They have very high standards.

I ordered a custom cutting board for Christmas for friends. Everything was handled online very professionally and in a timely manner. The finished product was so beautiful that I am going to order one for my husband for his birthday. They are artisans indeed.

This was a Angie's List big deal. LoneStar Artisans were prompt in contacting me about the customization for the cutting board, and said they would so their best to have it done by Christmas. They did get it finished and mailed in plenty of time for Christmas. My friends were very pleased with their gift.

This cutting board was offered on Angie's list and I wanted one for a Christmas present. They contacted me quick enough and let me know they would try to get it to me by Christmas. They did and my son-in-law seemed very pleased by his gift, especially since the name was spelled correctly( he must have had issues before). So we were pleased.

They were very pleasant to work with. Also, I changed my mind once as to what I wanted in the engraving(quickly of course before they had setup) and they took it right in stride. Even though they warned me they were getting swamped with work, they got it to me well before Christmas. My wife opened it on Christmas and was very impressed with the board, and loved having her name engraved in it. She cooks a lot, and very well my waistline might add, so it will be appreciated for years to come.

The communication was great. They were able to get the boards finished and shipped out UPS for arrival on the 23rd. The quality was fanatic and each recipient mentioned what a terrific gift this was. Super job & Highly recommend.
