Description of Work: Located water leak behind bathroom wall. Repaired leak. Ran water to check for leak. I am not sure it has completely stopped as I still hear what sounds like water leaking. I am not in Austin now so will check again when I return.

Description of Work: I have had a twice a year maintenance contract with Strand Brothers for years. Most recently they upgraded my ductwork and added insulation after an energy audit. Everything was done in one day and the proper city inspectors were notified.

Description of Work: Service was annual service inspection which is part of my service contract...original part of inspection was fine but technician was out of required size filters for my unit...technician said he would return with proper filter next day but failed to do so...after 2/3 days I called scheduler to remind them that although I had paid for the replacement filter it still hadn't been replaced...technician arrived next morning and installed the replacement filter.
