We are very pleased with the quality of service they provided. They scheduled appointments wit various energy companies and told us how to apply for various rebates. Everything went very smoothly and we got it for a good price. They were extremely professional, punctual and very responsive. They went an extra mile to help me and I recommend them highly to others. They also have plumbing service and we used them also for some plumbing work. We were very happy with them also. The person who came was personable, prompt and efficient. He did the job quickly and answered my questions I had about another plumbing project. The work was a little expensive.

They are a very big company and provide wide range of services. They are incredibly professional, have expert workers and do a very thorough assessment of the situations. The installation went beautifully and they finished the work very quickly. The unit is working fine and I have had no problems with it. They were very careful about doing things and did not damage anything during their work. I have been using this company for fifteen years off and on.

The project went off perfectly. It was scheduled in two separate events. Each time, people showed up exactly on time and worked without incident. The gentlemen who came back with Austin Energy to inspect the projects were most pleasant and easy to talk with. Their careful outline of the various rebates we were entitled to were most helpful.

Excellent. We used Strand at our former home in Cedar Park for five years. They replaced the old air conditioner/heater with a Lennox System. They did a superior job in only one morning. This most recent service call the service technician from our old neighborhood came out to Georgetown to service the equipment. This company keeps its staff which is a good sign that it is a quality company.

A friend had convinced me that replacing the thermostat with a nice new digital one was super simple and that he had done his own. Well after purchasing a new thermostat, and letting my friend install it, the AC would not turn on. Called Strand Bros and scheduled an appointment after having seen such great reviews on this site. They were very prompt, professional, and friendly. Thankfully this turned out to be a very simple problem. The tech was very helpful and guessed what had happened right away. He found the blown fuse and replaced it, and even gave me some pointers and dos/don'ts on how to go about replacing the thermostat safely. All in all a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They are very good and it's a family business. They installed my air-conditioning twenty years ago and its still working fine. They did a good job and the cost is reasonable. The quality of work is excellent.

It went great. They did what I asked of them. The air is nice and cold. The service was very friendly and told me exactly what he was going to do.

They came out to see what was wrong and they had the part on hand. It took them about an hour to finish the job. They fixed the problem, their service was good and they cleaned up after themselves.

Strand Bros. Heating and Air Conditioning came out to do a follow up check. They checked my attic to make sure I didn't have any holes leaking air. I will continue to use their service.

I called them for a service on the heat pump, and they told that it has to be replaced. Their bid was substantially high. So we decided not to with them.

The crew who came out to do the job worked very hard as it was very cold and the rain was pouring. They came in the morning, finished the job and left late in the evening. Then, the air conditioner and the heating unit did not work and I had to call them out the next day again to fix the problem. It was a minor problem and they fixed it.

They installed a new furnace and air conditioning system. Comments: There were many companies who came out and gave me estimates. Adam was the salesman of Christian Brothers who came out to my place, and he was very professional, and went above and beyond any of the other people in giving an estimate. He had all the information in a printed format, and had done all the research. He was very good in explaining things to me. He had done a lot of homework before he showed up. The crew was professional, and they were in and out in a day. They were significantly cheaper than the other quotes I got from other companies. My overall experience with them was good.

He showed up on time to do the work. He is very knowledgeable, very professional, and very friendly. One of my units downstairs was making constant sounds. He found out what was causing the problem. It was something in the air conditioning unit. He said he couldn't fix it. It was a case of getting a little bit of extra tube and putting it in, but it would have cost us $100. He saved us that amount of money by teaching us how to do it ourselves. He wasn't out there to make more money, and I will use him again. I recommended him to someone else I knew, and they too had a nice experience with him on getting their air conditioner repaired.

Quick response - next day service. Excellent repairman. Great experience overall and a lot less than what I thought it would be.

I sent an email to Strand Brothers requesting a bid to add insulation to my attic. The office responded immedialtey the next morning to schedule an appointment. We scheduled an appointment within two days and Michael from Strand came to my house. He inspected the existing insulation, duct work, a/c equipment, radiant barrier, etc. He determined that adding more insulation to our attic, considering the high end A/C equipment and duct work we had would not bring energy savings to us. After advising us, we could possibly look at our doors and windows to check their insulation properties, he did not charge us for his inspection. He could have sold us product, but did not because it would not help our situation.

Excellent. Used another company who determined heat pump problem would require $1500.00 repair. Strand fixed it for $100.00.

It is still not working properly. Everytime they have come out to look at it they are very friendly and they have never charged us during this process. Price was included with home purchase.

The experience went well. They didn t leave a mess or anything. I have a two story house and just one ac unit. There was a problem with the construction of the house. It would be hot upstairs and cold downstairs and things like that. I think they did the best job they could do in this house. They have a ten year warranty that they will come out and fix the air conditioning.

We were impressed with the personal service that we had got from this company. They have a good reputation and have been in business forever. They were able to give me useful advice when our old system was dying. They gave a reasonable prices.
