Not really good. They came out, it cost us almost $100 and the problem was misdiagnosed.

They were late and they broke a faucet bidd. I guess the work on the air conditioner was okay as there has been no trouble.

Great, though it took a while for them to come by the property.

System installed but A/C went down the next day. Tehnician came out the next day and determined that a sensing switch was not properly installed. A week or so later another technician came out to check the work of the installation crew and determined that the unit in the attic was not properly leveled and that it portruted 4" over the pan. Same crew that installed the system came to level and move the unit. In the process, part of an air duct came apart and it had to be repaired. In September, a courtesy call was made for a free winterization check up. The technician found that a supply plenum came partially apart and so cool air was escaping into the attic. This was repaired along with the winterization check. That explained why our monthly air conditiong bill had not improved. Company was responsive, offered a great price, but the workmaship of the installation crew left a lot to be desired.

The deal ended up being very confused for both me and for the company and I ended up having to pay an extra fee on top of what I already paid for the deal. The company has also gone through a lot of administrative changes and they had the wrong address for the work causing a day's delay and disruption to our schedule. Once the technician showed up, he was very professional and courteous and did a good job.

As well as expected. They didn't try to tell me something was broken when it wasn't.

It went very well. He noticed my outside faucetts needed replacement and did it without cost. I use this company for my heating and air conditioning and I have always been happy. I put N/A for cost because I did not compare cost so I do not know if it was higher compared to others. He did what they said they would do (and plus some) at the price quoted me.

I bought an Angie's list coupon for a plumbing service call from Christian Brothers. I needed my gas stove and my gas dryer looked at. It turns out that my concerns were unfounded and the tiny repair needed could easily be done by my son. The plumber was very very nice, professional and explained everything to my satisfaction. He also answered other questions about the water heater and anything else I questioned about plumbing and gas appliances. He explained services the company offered and spoke of rates and hours and never once tried to sell me anything I did not need. I'm happy to see that such honest companies still exist. I will not hesitate to use Christian Brothers Plumbing in the future.

Not well. Have found who I will NOT be doing business with.

I had used another company in the past and thought I would try this one. The serviceman arrived on time and called before he arrived. He did a thorough checkup of my air conditioner, even going into the attic to check the vents. He said I needed three units of freon (I had needed two the year before). He explained in detail what the problem was and left an estimate of the repair. He also offered me the Priority Membership program, which included fall and spring checkup for my air conditioner. I had used another company before and was much more satisfied with the Christian Brothers service. The yearly membership program cost less than the one I had used the previous year and the extra freon that I needed was $20 less than what I had paid the year before. I was impressed with his professional conduct--he explained things thoroughly and answered all my questions. I will definitely use Christian Brothers again. I have an older house & anticipate using this company for plumbing problems as well.

I ordered the A/C tune-up special because there had been of a lot of construction on neighbouring lots in the past year and I wanted to be sure the system was clear of dust and debris and working properly. The AC/system is actually less than three years old so I wasn't worried about bigger problems. The technician checked operation at the unit and at the compressor, cleaned the permanent filters, checked the replaceable filters, and gave it a clean bill of health. It took about an hour, and they were able to schedule the visit for a day I was working from home anyway.

I called company and explained my system is a zoned system for upstairs/downstairs and the dampers were malfunctioning and needed to be replace (we have replaced them several times in the last 5 years - using a different company). The tech came out at the specified time and I explained the issue with the dampers. He went in the attic, saw they were square dampers and recommended we change to round dampers, which would require some duck work and said I would need to speak to sales. He literally spent more time filling out the invoice and taking my credit card info than he did looking at this system. A few days passed and I never heard from Sales, so I called Christian Brothers and they apologized and said someone would call me. I waited a few more days and again no call, so I called and they apologized again and said sales would call me. Finally two weeks later i was fed up and called and asked for a Supervisor. I explained the situation and asked for a refund of the $69 service call, as I did not want to work with Christian Brothers due to their lack of follow through. The supervisor promptly reviewed my account and advised they would refund the $69. Seems their sales staff is lousy and cost them future business, however, at least they have good customer service and realized techy messed up and refunded the $69 business. I give them a D, because they at least refunded the $69 (otherwise it would be an F)

We discovered last night at around 11 PM that our thermostat had gone blank and that our air conditioner had stopped working; we're leaving for an out-of-state trip at noon today. We didn't want to have no air conditioning in the house the entire time we were gone, since we have cats who are staying here and didn't want to leave them with triple-digit temperatures and no air conditioning (especially since they've gotten sick before when left alone in the heat). Basically, we had just a few hours this morning to solve the problem. We called Service Experts and they sent someone (John) right away; he diagnosed the problem almost immediately, went to Lowe's to get the correct part, and had the air conditioner up and running again, all within the span of about an hour. He could have charged us up to $233 but chose not to since he finished the work so quickly. He was generally courteous, helpful, and professional in every way. Would definitely use this company again!

I have used them for six years. They were bought about by Service Experts a year or so ago. It's gone downhill since then. They have a front office / central # you dial that could be national (not sure) and is full of people who are slow and on a script. Ugh. Kind of torture calling in. The other issue is that they have been calling me nonstop (almost once day for about a month now) wanting me to set up my fall check up (it's august now) on my service plan. I never answer the phone as too many sales people, but it's been them calling nonstop for a while now. Stop already!! So i call and they are ready to schedule right away and I do (not sure why as it's too early). So i called back the next morning and cancelled . The impersonal lady said she'd cancel it. But then they tried to come out anyway as they called the previously scheduled time/date and said "we're on our way." The Service Masters buyout has turned me off. I'm going elsewhere.

Don't get fooled by misleading promos that give the company free money, and their "canned" overpriced charges are double the actual rates others charge.

Very disappointed. At home with a 90 degree house and a 4hr old, hoping someone would come help....and they never did.Called at 920pm 8/23 expecting someone rather quickly based on the reviews. No call as of 10:20pm, called back for ETA, guy put me on hold for 10+ min, then returned stating that the first girl never set anything up. Geez. He set up a service call pinging the on-call guy and appologized for the inconvienence. I fell asleep waiting...woke up after a terrible nights sleep, still no call. Called back at 5:20am, guy again appologized and offered a guy to come in 3 hrs. Requested discounted service fee,he only offered the same waiver if were to get repairs, not what i was requesting.Cancelled service request. Called Christianson.Very poor service.

Alan came out on a Sunday to check our non-functioning AC. Despite needing a new part, he managed to get it functional so we could be comfortable in our home (it was August!). When the part came in, the repair was quick, Alan was very responsive (he texts!), delightful, prompt and very reasonably priced!

He was honest and polite. he took pics to show me what needed to be done and had options for me.

Tech on time. Explanation of minor problems repaired. There were no attempts to up sale.
