Purchased Angie's List "Big Deal" for "Air Conditioner tune-up Including 2 Pounds of Freon" at $69. Hadn't had any A/C since purchasing the home 2 years prior. I expressed interest in following along, employee showed me various components of the A/C, how to get at them, what role they play, how to keep them clean. My A/C turned out to be in great shape, with no need for additional refrigerant. He showed me where things *would* get dirty over time, and advised how I would inspect and clean those components/areas. Very pleased with his professionalism, knowledge, and open dialogue. Will absolutely seek them out when I next need A/C work.

Took a chance on Dayton because of Angie's deal. Could not have been more pleased with the Company and service. They are thorough, efficient AND friendly. Looking forward to having them do my A/C tune up in the spring.

We've used Christian Bros. before and have always been happy with the service and this time was no different. They were punctual, professional, and explained everything they did.

Technician was punctual and professional. He performed the assessment and freon charge. They had an interest in selling an annual maintenance agreement, which I declined, but he was not pushy. If I needed serviced I would call them. Probably would prefer to just get the tech, as there are passthrough overheads. But this company seems interested in maintaining a good reputation.

Overall the installation process went very well. Since the attic is only accessible by an outdoor, upstairs deck - it was a bit tricky carrying the large units through the house up to the deck - but all was done with no damage or mess. An outdoor wall light fixture was damaged while removing some old components - but was replaced without any hassle.

Service guy was very pleasant and good at his job. The price was pretty outrageous and it wasn't clear until he had been here over an hour so we went ahead and paid for him to replace one toilet and replace flapper in another. I paid over 700 for the toilet replacement but had to buy a 200 service agreement even to get that price. It's a nice mid fade toilet but had a scuff on the tank lid and he said he would come back within a day or two to give me a new one (after all I paid a huge amount of money for it). He never came back and I haven't called to follow up because cant afford to be at home for a 4 hr window just to get the new lid. I probably won't use these guys again unless I discover that I have to pay that much anywhere.

I called Christian for them to do a spring check. They came, did the audit, and left. Excellent company

The gentleman came out and did the line cleaning, said there were some roots in the way and that he couldn't reach the endpoint of the line. When we asked him to do the camera work, he said the camera would not fit in the line. It was a standard size line, but he insisted he could not do it. The next day I called their office and explained what he had told us, and they apologized and said that was a mistake and they would send someone else, which they did. This person did use a camera which found a bow in the line. He would not give us any pictures or details and said he couldn't explain or price the repair since he was not qualified for that, but his office would send me a quote to repair the problem the next day. After a few days I finally got an email quote, but no follow up or further information from the anyone. This company just sends out laborers, not licensed plumbers to do the work I paid for, and obviously does not put a lot of time into seeing if they are qualified to do the work purchased. I would never use them again.

In May, our AC unit began to act up. They came out for an initial check up and determined that the HVAC was failing. It appeared to be a 20 year old unit. They sent a sales guy out and we discussed options. They were very thorough explaining several price points units as well as the pros/cons of different services they performed. Ultimately, I decided to smaller size unit that was more efficient and also got them to upgrade our duct work, insulation, balance our system, and bring our home's efficiency rating up. Before the sales guy came over, the (old) unit failed. Unfortunately, they were unable to install the new unit that day, but the company brought over and installed (at no charge) a window unit for our bedroom so that we could sleep that night. Also, we had dinner party planned for the next day, they worked with us on the installation (sending two supervisors to perform our installation) and the house was nice and cool by the time our party began. Additionally, based on the efficiency improvement calculations that the sales, I estimated that we could see an electrical savings of $700-$800 per year, in the 6 months since it has been installed, we have been able to keep the house much colder (80 degrees on average in 2011 and 76 degrees on average in 2012) and seen an electrical savings of $600. While this last summer was cooler than 2011, the fact that we have been able to keep the house cooler and still saw a savings, I fully anticipate that we will exceed to $700-$800 yearly savings estimate. I have been exceedingly pleased with both the quality of the work performed and customer service provided to us. They have consistently gone above and beyond to deliver on their promises. I have no reservations about recommending Service Experts for AC Installation and servicing.

We had a leak...called the company, they came and fixed it.

After checking the web sites of some highly rated Angie's List heating/AC companies, I decided to go with Service Experts to set up routine checkup/maintenance (2 x per year) for my rental property. It took 3 calls to get all the information and confirm that I was set up with the correct plan. Then it took 2 additional calls to confirm that the technician needed to call the renter and not me (the owner) to set up the best time to visit the home. I imagine the upcoming service/checkups will go well. I just didn't think it would be that much trouble to set it up.

They were wonderful. They showed up when they said they would and they did exactly what they said they would do. They were very professional. They did a check-up and were here for about an hour and let me know that everything was ok with my unit.

I love Christian Brothers - they are always friendly, professional & ontime. I also really like the fact that they have a set price list. It takes the guess work out of everything. The work itself was/is exceptional. My new garbage disposal works like a champ, no drips no mess. i will definitely use these guys again, you should too!

The service technician was great and very knowledgeable. He passed on a lot of home maintenance tips on what I could do to keep my system running well.

Arrived on time, performed the services requested, the service man was very polite and efficient.

bought a coupon on Angie's list for a service call . Service technician came out and cleaned a faucet head that was clogged with residue restricting water flow. The city had just been working on the water mains. I can't believe I didn't try that myself, but I didn't. He was very polite and finished in about 10 minutes. I would call them again.

Excellent for all A/C work. No go on plumbing.

This company apparently over charge customers! I actually wanted to call Davis Service company. Unfortunately, it was bought by Christian Brothers. It was an A/C problem at my rental house. I was told somehow the pipe was blocked and it would cost me $160 to unblock it. Unbelieving it would cost that much, I questioned the fix cannot be that complicate, why this much? The answer - it is what it is. No explanation on why! I was then offered a check-up service, for $129, which not only covers the fix, but also includes other check-up work. Best part, it is a 2-trip service, summer and fall. You can now imagine how much they over charge you! 4 months later, I still didn't receive the receipt though my credit card was charged and I requested it twice.

It could not have gone better. I am very impressed with timeliness, courtesy, patience...I would not even consider taking my business elsewhere after this experience.When it is time for anew system-It Christian Brothers for me. I have shared this wonderful experience with all my friends as well. Don't change a thing. Clone the company and the young man who came to my home. Be blessed always!
