First time back, he brought the wrong part with him (which was completely his lack of being careful on the job). Second time back. The fridge was finally working but 20 days later, it broke again with the freezer wrorking and the fridge not working. I called Tino back so that he could fix this issue again. We made an appointment and he never showed up. I even called him multiple times that day to confirm that he was going to make it and he continued to tell me that he was coming, once even telling me he was on his way. He never showed up. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and left him a voicemail the next day saying that "sorry we missed each other --signals crossed"etc. and he would always screen my calls. WHne I called from my cell phone, he would not answer and when I called from other phones, he would answer and once he found out it was me, he would hang up or put me on hold (forever). This is very unprofessional and the work is still not complete.
Description of Work: I asked Preferred to fix my fridge. It took him 3 visits to fix the fridge, each of which I had to be at my home during his visits. The freezer was cooling but the fridge (bottom) was not cooling.
