Henry Roofing & Construction

Work began on our home without a hitch. Then noticed that all of the old material was not replaced on the storage building (mistake #1). Noticed that the material used was not what the insurance company paid for - it was the cheapest material you can purchase(mistake # 2 - they said that wasn't their fault - Ha!). Noticed the workmanship was terrible (mistake # 3). The owner had another guy tear off the entire new roof and re-do all the work with new higer grade material. It looks great now. Then noticed there was a large buckle on the house roof (mistake #4). The original roofer came back out and was supposed to tear off six rolls of shingles and re-do all of the flat roof (torch down) Apparently that is not what he did (mistake # 5). There was a terrible rain strom and rain poured inside the home. When roofer came back again, he said it was defective material - however, because all of the key players lie and don't share their lies with each other, we found out that they didn't have enough material to really repair the roof correctly from the huge buckled piece - so they just did a patch job on a new roof - hence the reason for the large water leak. The owner has ignore us for over a week. He is a coward spineless man that lures innocent people in under the assuption that he is a good Christian man.I have learned never trust these kind of people because they use God to get clients. We have been dealing with this for 7 weeks (from start to today). Darin Henry is always late and forgets to return calls (or did when he was talking to us). He repeatedly missed appointments that he had with us. He is dishonest and does not take good care of the customer once all money has changed hands. Once he was paid we were insignificant and didn't matter anymore. He foolishly wears religious shirts and talks about his Church but does shady deals right and left. The inside of our home is a wreak because of the interior damage. He has yet to call us in regards to the shody work. I am only allowed to talk to his little sale rep who has been out of town the entire week + since all the water damage. They did send some guys out to put a tarp up so there is no more interior damage. We finally had to get our insurance company involved and today there is a different crew here to repair the repair (lousy patch job) of the the new roof (I refused to have the original crew back on my roof). There was a day when Darin Henry did not show up as scheduled (the day after the leak) and emotions did run high. Darin Henry and his employees have taken many things out of context or have just out and out lied. It has been frustrating to say the least. If I am not supposed to feel frustrated, angry, disappointed, mistrusting, and a whole list of feelings - How am I supposed to feel? I never dreamt we would go through this h***. If you want a great big headache and a pain in the a**....Get Henry Roofing to re-roof your home!!! Ugh!!! (sorry for any typos)
