Great experience. He is very thourough and complete. Also honest. Did not try to sell me anything I did not need!

Our air-conditioner went out and I called three Angie's List service providers to give me bids for a complete new system since ours was about 15 years old. David from Texas Air Pro came out and did a thorough examination. He went into the attic to inspect the ductwork. He gave me a very reasonable quote for a completely new system at a much higher SEER than my old unit. I told him his was my first bid and I would get back to him after the other two came out. He encouraged me to to get those additional bids when making such a large purchase. On the day of the installation, David returned with another installer to assist him. They arrived at 9:20 and got right to work. They placed drop cloths down from my heating closet in the hallway, across the den to the back door. Both were extremely polite, and worked diligently until the job was completed and cool air was flowing at 2:30 that afternoon. I did not have any complaints about the job they did and would definitely recommend them to others and would call on them again. It was a very low-stress experience!

Very professional, on time, fast call back. We have used TAP before & was more then satisfied with previous work. This is the third time we have used, once for gas furnace that was told by other company that it needed replacing, when David checked all the unit needed was cleaning. They will always be our first call for any future issues! David is very clear in explaining issues & a very polite person.

Texas Air Pro is an outstanding company. Nick is fantastic on the phone and his technicians are polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I had a blocked drain system on the A/C unit and one cause of the blockage was due to a poor installation by the original contractor. The techs corrected this as well as a small leak at the roof vent . I would highly recommend this company.

They were AWESOME!!!!! Nick the owner was out of town when ingot my quote so he sent his lead technician out and later went over with me again what was in the quote and wanted to answer any of my questions. These guys were amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy wih the service, and nick and the lead technician were there to help us with anything that we needed.

My A/C is completely shot. Contacted Texas Air Pro because I was concerned about quotes I've received from other companies. Nick is heavily booked and unavailable to give me an estimate. Because I'm in such a hurry and miserable, I can't wait for him. So instead, he took the time to discuss the bids I've received so far, which he considered reasonable. He even complimented one company for offering a temporary unit while waiting for the new A/C to be installed. Nick cautioned against prices under $3,000 and explained why. He said that if I had any questions or concerns about anything, I could call him for advice. Is that cool or what? (no pun intended)

David came on Thursday, July 11, and checked my unit out. It had stopped cooling the night before and was 20 years old, so we thought we would probably need to replace it. David was very polite and thorough about explaining the problem to me. He said they might could find a compressor for my unit, but I told him I would rather replace it anyway. He was very detailed describing the different units to me before we made our decision. We couldn't get the unit installed until Monday. David was very apologetic, but they were busy installing units in other houses on the other days. They called on Monday morning to let me know they would be a little later getting to my house. They arrived on a rainy day and worked through lunch since they were late getting there that morning. Nick, the owner, was there on Monday along with another man (Daniel?). They were both very polite and personable. They went out of their way to keep my floors clean while they walked in and out of the door. They stayed that evening until after 8:00 to finish the job. They did an excellent job, and Nick went over all the ductwork and upstairs work they did. David explained the thermostat and warranties. They made getting an air conditioner a good experience and I would definitely hire them again!!

Overall they did a good job. They came out twice in May to replace coolant and repair a split wire. Checked the system and said it looked good- did not try to sell a new system. I needed another repair in July. I emailed and received a quick response saying they could not come out for several days. I was disappointed I did not receive a follow up email asking if I would like service or if the system was working. Overall the experience was positive, and if the new AC person I found is unavailable and I need immediate service, I would call Texas Air Pro again.

This is why i will use Nick at Texas Air Pro from now on. He came out to the house and was very professional. My wife was there and he treated her with respect and did not keep asking where is your husband first of all. beyond that was Nick took a look at the overall system and without asking what other companies quoted he gave me what I believe was a reason for all that was going on. He did not try to upsell me on getting 3 new units like the previous company. he fixed the problem I had and he did it quickly and honestly. In the end Nick replaced a fan motor in one unit and topped off with refrigerant and we were good to go. All of this was for $875.00 which is a cost but not compared to the other company that tried to tell me all of my duct work was bad and all 3 units were about to go out and needed to be replaced for $27K. thank you Nick, you will have my biz in the future due to your honesty, professionalism and quality of work.

Andy and David arrived on time and were very courteous, professional and friendly. They both did an EXCELLENT job and cleaned up perfectly afterwards. We had used another AC company for years (ADVENT Air Conditioning in Lewisville) and felt they were giving us the run around. All they seemed to care about was signing us up for the yearly service check and trying to get us to buy new units. There were other things, which I can't prove, that made me wonder if they weren't also breaking parts to our AC units, just to add to the cost of our service bill. Any how...it was incredibly refreshing to have two honest, hardworking and conscientious workers give our 13 year old units a thorough check-up and repair. The "other" company kept trying to get us to purchase new units, but Andy told us ours were relatively healthy and may last 3-5 more years. When the "other" company installed them, they did a poor job. The drip pans weren't hung properly nor were the supply and return plenums properly sealed...meaning we were losing cool and warm air into our attic! Money down the drain!!! David sealed everything tight as a drum and I feel assured that we just may get those extra 3-5 years! We will continue to use Texas Air Pro for our service checkups and our new units...when we finally need them. *** Update. 07/12/2013 We had a problem with our AC...which was through no fault of Texas Air Pro. We called first thing in the morning since it was emergency and Nick moved his schedule around to accommodate our situation. He and David arrived promptly and did a SUPERB!!! job of repairing our AC unit. They went ABOVE and BEYOND what they had to do and their main focus was on our satisfaction and happiness. Frankly, we're in a state of shock! They are giving a quality of service that we thought was long gone in America. It almost brings tears to our eyes seeing such courteous, concerned and knowledgeable professionals who take great pride in their work and in pleasing their customers! They are our new heroes! People...if you are having heating and cooling problems, do yourself a BIG favor and call Texas Air Pro! We feel secure and safe knowing that we have found our permanent heating and cooling company! Prompt, responsive, knowledgeable, respectful, go out of their way to please the client. Do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. I am very pleased with Texas Air Pro and would definitely use them again.

This is our Fifth (5th) Experience with Texas Air Pro! We call them for all our Heating/Cooling needs. As always, their staff was extremely Professional, Expert, Efficient and Cordial. The price is always fair.

I called @ 9a.m. They asked if they could call back shortly and let me know if they could work me in that day. Nick called me back and said they could be out around 12-1230. He also called me around 1130 just to let me know they were still on schedule. David showed up and was very polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a price not an estimate. He then fixed it, and took the time to answer several questions I had. It was a great experience and David and Nick gave me no reason to try someone else when I have an A/C problem.Thanks

It went great from start to finish. They were very personable and kept us in the loop of what was going on throughout the process.

I called Texas Air Pro and got a quick response and a competitive quote on adding a second cold air return to my HVAC system. I was having more insulation added to my attic and was advised to add a cold air return to even out my system and help my system breath. Nick and his guys gave me a fair quote and did a good job adding the return. They had to add a new larger plenum to the system and run a new 16" duct to the new cold air return that they cut into my hall ceiling. The new cold air return box includes a filter. The new return looks great. The also fixed a duct to my bedroom that had been broken. I get great airflow and the system is very quiet. The cold air return use to sound and feel like a wind tunnel. They also did a great job cleaning up, give them a try.

David came and took care of the call. Very nice and helpful. Would recommend and use again. He even had one of his co-workers bring my aunt a filter from a shop and saved us a trip to pick it up and the $ for the trip charge. Very nice gentleman and will use him again!

On Thursday evening I noticed it felt warm in the house so I looked at the Thermostat. It showed 78, my husband keeps it at 73. I Flipped the breakers off and then back on, but it won't go below 78. In the morning I got on Angie's list and found Wright Brothers Air Conditioning. I called and spoke with Larry Wright. He told me he was swamped and it would be next week before he could look at it. He said his son might be able to help me and that he was on Angile's List as well. He gave me the number for Texas Air Pro and told me his son's name was Nick. I called Texas Air Pro and spoke with Nick. He told me his technician would be there around 11. He told me to turn off the a/c and just run the fan. Also to check the filter. I checked the filter and it had water on it so I left it alone. He sent out the technician, Andy. Andy went through my system and checked everything. He checked the temperature in the air flow area and in the duct work and it was 51. He went outside and check the pressure and coolant levels and said that was all good and that the outside unit looked good and clean. He also blew out my drain pipe to make sure that wasn't an issue. He told me my filter was old and dirty and it was keeping air from passing through like it should so the system froze up. I had a new filter so he replaced it for me. Then he told me that Nick told him not to charge me anything. The A/C is working great now and my house is cool again. Thanks Larry, Nick and Andy!

Nick, David and the crew showed up removed all the old builders grade trash and professionally installed a system that I could not be any happier with. Nick had originally said it would be a day and a half job but they were able to complete the install and clean up in less than a full day... Incredibly professional and caring company... I would refer anyone I know to use Texas Air Pro for any HVAC work needed to be checked out... Fair pricing with the knowledge to inform their customers of the right choices of equipment for their needs... It was a pleasure to do business with such professional Christians and I will continue to use them and refer them to others.

I was very impressed with Nick the owner of the company and 2 of his employees David and Andy, the ones sent out on the service call. I explained what we wanted and they did not try to push an unwanted sale of an AC unit or repairs that were not needed. They repaired our home unit along with our rental unit. Nick is a very sincere person and was very professional along with his employees. David and Andy worked on both our units and were very thorough and answered question we had while they did their work. We called Nick several times with questions and he answered each time and answered our questions. One time our call dropped to voice mail and he called right back from where he was at the time, while he was on a very short vacation. I am totally happy and pleased with this company and would highly recommend Texas Air Pro to anyone that needs an AC company to repair their unit.This company takes pride in what they do and they did a great job!

I called Texas Air Pro when I did not get a return call from the Bryant A/C service rep in town. I received another voice mail and didn?t think I?d get a reply from Texas Air either. Within 15 minutes I received a return call. I wish could remember the name of the man who retuned my call but I can?t. I?ll refer to him as Ryan. Ryan asked what they could do for me and I told them that one of my A/C units was not working. He apologized that they would not be able to get to me until the following week. He explained that they just had too many service calls already booked. Ryan did however give me a referral to A&D Services. He gave me the name of David Rademakers and his number with a high recommendation. I called and they were able to get to me that afternoon. David was very professional and so was Ryan. While I can?t rate Texas Air Pro service or price, I can highly recommend them for their professionalism in helping me get someone who could repair my A/C. I will definitely call Texas Air and A&D Services again the next time I need service.

He arrived before he was supposed to be there and performed all of the above work.

From start to finish the experience was absolutely great. It is refreshing to work with professionals who are knowledgible, personable and take pride in their work. Awesome concept that used to be the norm in the years past but is mostly a rarity now in the present.

I was looking for a company that would be honest and at the same time strive for excellence. I found what I was looking for in Texas Air Pro! Nick Wright and his crew are true gentlemenand I would recommend them to friends/family anytime. I haven't received my first energy bill since the new system was installed, but I'm expecting good things to happen due to the professional workmanship and design work of Nick Wrightt Texas Air Pro.
