Excellent service. Excellent product. We couldn't be happier.

I sent my customer to them to select tile and wood flooring with the intent of having them install as well. Had heard many recommendations on this business. The sales person was pleasant enough, but due to whatever circumstances,I felt that somewhere along the way someone dropped the ball so to speak. While this salesperson was on vacation our paperwork was left so that another sales person could help while she was gone, but they were never able to find it. I left messages at different times, and no one ever returned my call. When I finally was able to talk to someone,I found our paperwork had been lost. Not a good feeling. I went ahead and had an appointment set up for measure, etc. The fellow came out and it was still 4 days before getting a call from them and it was from that fellow who had no clue why he was calling me. That is why I selected a different company to do the job and had an overall better experience.

Hoffman is a good company to work with and the workers did a great job. They were on time and cleaned up very well. Customer service was very nice to us when we picked out the tile. The tile looks great and we would recommend them to other people

The work crew of three arrived exactly when they were supposed to, first thing in the morning. They were very personable, and promised they would try to contain the mess in the rooms where the work was being done. They had to do one section over because the wrong type of wood was combined with what had already been installed. They immediately went to get the correct flooring and still finished on time. The new flooring looks beautiful. It is perfectly level, and there are no gaps to be seen.

We went to Hoffman Floors and picked out new carpeting for our den. Their prices were very good and they explained the warranties and stain resistors. The installation was scheduled as soon as the carpet was available and the installer was right on time. He did a very good job installing the carpet, but the only thing I'm not happy about is; we had this new carpet installed six months ago and it is not holding up good. It's already wearing down by the door, but we picked it out. I just feel the quality is not as good as it should be.

Hoffman Floors did a very good job with the tile. They are a very helpful and honest company. The pricing is very reasonable as well. I had scheduled Hoffman to come out at 11:00am. They were here at 10:59. I swear that is how prompt they are. I have no complaints with anything. Everything turned out beautifully. I would not mind calling Hoffman for a future job.

Hoffman Floors did an outstanding job and the quality of the material was great! We were very satisfied and we got a really good price. The installers were on time and cleaned up very well; so if you re gonna get your floors done, get Hoffman to do it.

We went to the shop to pick out the tile. They were great people to do business with. As a matter of fact, they offered us a much higher quality tile at the same price for the lower quality tile that we picked out. Wayne Hoffman is a great guy to do business with and the work crew were great workers. They are very honest people and their prices were very reasonable. I ve known them for years.

This was easier than usual for the work crew because there was nothing to obstruct them. So they finished the work in a very timely fashion. They were well mannered, professional, and prompt in their arrival. The carpeting was stretched very tight, to avoid any binding or folds in the carpet. They cleaned what little mess was made, and the carpeting looks great.

Customer service was very prompt in taking my call and followed up with samples of hardwood flooring. Their prices were real good and they explained the quality of the hardwood,warranties and advantages like no warping. They showed me how to maintain and clean it. The installation for the hardwood floor was scheduled as soon as the hardwood was available, the floor installer showed up on the minute. He was careful bringing in the new floor, so he wouldn't scratch anything and he did a wonderful job. He was courteous, polite and friendly. He left the dining room in immaculate condition.

Hoffman floors did an excellent job. The carpets look great. There is nothing that could have been done better. I have been very lucky to obtain such great services from such great people. I have no problems with anything. The color of the carpet is not what I originally wanted, but this color is even better. I was glad they messed that one up. I thought the pricing was fair considering how large the rooms are.

They did a good job and cleaned up pretty well, but the surface looks like it's not really sealed, like it's not finished off. They didn't explain how to maintain it, but other than that, I'm pleased with the floor.

The prices were fairly reasonable and he showed us many samples and explained the warranty and advantages of the vinyl tile we liked. The installation for tile was scheduled as soon as the tile was ready, and the two floor installers showed up on the minute. They unloaded the bundle of tile and other tools needed and got right to work. They did an excellent job, cleaned up every bit of the mess and left the bathroom in good condition.

The floor looks wonderful, it is very level and there is no kind of problem areas at all. Everything had turned out perfectly. The job was completed in excellent timing, I think it only took about a day in a half to complete, I thought that was great. The men were very clean. They were cleaning up there mess as they went along and there was nothing left behind for me to clean up, just the beauty of my floor to look at.

They did a wonderful job. It looks as if I have a brand new kitchen. It did not take them very long to complete the job. It looks great. I mean really great! There are no tacks visible. The floor is level as it could ever be. There are no problem areas at all. There is not one single loose board on the entire floor. I mean you would really have to see it to believe it. I cannot remember the price. I am just so pleased with the quality that I didn t even care what they charged me. I would definitely without a doubt have Hoffman come back to my home for anything.

The installation was scheduled as soon as the carpet was available and the carpet installers showed up on time. They did an excellent job, cleaned up very well and left the house in great shape. They were polite and friendly and I would highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with Hoffman. They did an excellent job with the entire house. I could not have asked for better people to do the job. They were very nice and professional. They carried there self very well and were very talkative to me. You can tell they really knew their profession. I have no problems with the flooring at all. I cannot remember the price because I am still paying them. I have been paying them in sections. I am not quite sure when the flooring will be paid off. I think that it is really nice of them to accept payment plans.

There were two workmen sent to do the job. Both were well behaved and hard working. I don't think I heard them speak more than twice. The entire job was finished so fast, in about three hours that I was amazed. The floor is perfectly level, and shines like new. All the old flooring and two rotten studs they replaced, were taken away when they left.

Very Helpful, Friendly Experts in their field of work. Very great prices/sales on there carpet. Again nice to talk to being female and all.
