They called me to set the appointment within 48 hrs of my purchasing the Big Deal. They couldn't come on any of the dates I expected. The earliest they could come was today between 10a-12p and they were supposed to do the work is my understanding. They have not called or showed up and I have been waiting all day long for them. I think they may have forgotten me since it is now 12:30p and they are obviously not going to show up.

This was a Big Deal purchase for $49.00. The work was done by Ken Graham. He arrived at the appointed time and went right to work. He checked the entire system and replaced 4 sprinkler heads and two spray nozzles at a cost of about $55.00. He completed all the work in about an hour. I was very happy with the service provided and would recommend this company to others.

The owner came out promptly at the assigned time and we discussed both the front and backyard and decided that he would provide estimates for replacement of our current St Augustine with Palmetto/St Augustine; a check up on the sprinkler system; and an estimate for putting crushed granite in an area of the backyard. He was courteous, professional, and friendly. The first estimate I received that day by email-GREAT service. I requested that it be broken down so that we knew what each scope of work cost. I received it on 3/20. Because we decided to only do a portion of the work(the resod and the sprinkler checkup), I asked for a revised estimate since it had to be signed and returned to schedule the work. I did not receive the revision so re-requested on 3/25 by email. I received it the next day but they had left a portion of the work we weren't having done on the estimate and since the estimate had to be signed and returned, I sent an email back requesting the correction. When I did not receive it I left a detailed voicemail messages on 3/27 and 3/31. It's now 4/2 and have still had no response.

They were scheduled to arrive between 9:00-11:00 Am. He called me @ 9:15 to let me know that he'd be arriving in about 10 minutes. Arrived when he said he would & went right to work, first checking to see if I had power to my controller & then checking the water supply. They determined that my Master valve wasn't opening as it should & needed to be replaced. Replaced it with a Rain Bird product, which was better than the one that was on there. Then tested the system to make sure the sprinklers would come on in all 6 zones. They still weren't coming on so had to go to each individual zone, check for power supply & in the case of 2 zones, the wires connections were lose & had to be fixed. Very professional & worked very quickly & efficiently.

The service was exceptional and quick.

Things started off great--they returned my phone calls in a timely and friendly manner and were able to set up the consultation time quickly. The owner was very nice and friendly. I really liked the fact that he didn't plan for the current yard I have but asked me what my FUTURE plans were for landscaping and then zoned the irrigation system to work with that in mind. We had new sod and it was drying out nad dying from lack of water, so I needed to install very quickly to save it. He said they would want to get started right away and should be able to start at the beginning of the next week if I could get back to them over the weekend. I had a couple other quotes schedule for the next week but decided to cancel them in order to move quickly and get started right away. This was on a Friday. I tried to get the contract done over the weekend but no one was in until Monday. On Monday I was told it would be several days before they could get started. Then we had a freeze and got delayed another few days (which I don't blame them for). Once we got started, it took about a day and a half (told it would be one day, but I didn't HAVE to be home, so it wasn't that big of a deal). I love the system and I think they did a great job with placement. We do get a fair amount of run-off each time, but we have a very hilly/sloped yard so I'm sure that is something that can't be helped. They were very tidy and made sure to clean up nicely after themselves and not leave a mess. Some of the sod was placed irregularly here and there (we had some patches left over that we really wondered about) so we do have a few random mud patches, but it took us so long to notice them that I can't blame the guys for missing them, too! One thing that did upset me was that they added an extra fee above the quoted and contract amount for using a credit card. We just moved into a new house and this was an unexpected (and expensive!) addition, so we had to charge it. We paid 1/2 when we signed and the other 1/2 when the job was done. I was out and my husband paid the second half and the guy tacked on an additional fee for BOTH charges on that transaction. I also recieved a couple of phone calls recently to "follow up on the quote I recieved" and I had to remind them that I became a customer. I think they just need ot be a little more organized between everyone so that they are all on the same page. All in all I really do love my system and I genuinely like the owner of the company, so I would probably use them again. There were only those few little things that bothered me here and there and nothing big enough to be a deal breaker. Our grass has been really flourishing since installation and it looks beautiful! It's much greener than the other lawns near by and the sod lines are filling in nicely.

Great. As advertised. Arrived on schedule.

They were extremely pleasant and the personnel were professional and on time. The clean up after was handled perfectly. They did the work in one day, waited two days for the county inspection, and came back out the next day to bury the on/off valve box.

I had to arrange for a follow up visit because work I had wanted done was not completed. This was partially my fault as I was out of town when the first visit occurred. The work was completed on the second visit but I was charged for work that I thought should have been completed on the first visit.

It went well. I wanted to give them a good report.

We originally contacted AAIS for an estimate last summer. We scheduled an appointment and received an estimate. We decided not to install sprinkler system at that time. We called AAIS back this summer because we liked their estimate and we liked Chris Mayberry. The installation crew worked very efficiently as a team and completed the job in one day. Everyone at AAIS was courteous, friendly and professional.

Provider promised to deliver an estimate within a couple of days. We waited 1 month and did not receive anything. Called the office and asked for either an estimate or notice they were not going to submit. I was promised an estimate. And again...nothing received...not even a courtesy phone call.

They never showed up to the appointment we had scheduled. They also never contacted me to let me know that they were not going to be able to make it to the appointment.I have yet to hear from them and made another appointment with another company. Their professionalism is not up to par. Their work may be fine but they never gave me the opportunity to find out

I was not totally thrilled with them but they did their job. I had to call them back a couple of times to fix some breaks in the line but other than that they did a pretty good job.

Due to some miscommunication I initially gave them a bad review. After talking to the owner and meeting with him I updating my review. Chris Mayberry is a great person who stands by his company. He came back out and did a walk thru with me and explained how the system would work and be installed. He even drove me around to houses in the area that his company installed sprinkler systems for so I could see their work. I will definitely recommend All American Irrigation Systems to others. GREAT JOB CHRIS!

Chris Mayberry came to our home and gave us an estimate. We were immediately impressed with his friendly nature and knowledge. He answered all of our questions and gave us a great price. We had a budget and he gave us several options. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to help us stay in our budget. He came to our home and laid everything out for his crew. The crew worked very hard and I was impressed how quickly the job progressed. The following day there were a few issues that came up and Chris called and discussed the situation.(He replaced the backflow and a water leak that was in the main line) He did the extra work for no charge because he knew we were on a tight budget. It is refreshing to know his company stands for something. We had received other estimates that were several hundred dollars more. I?m really happy we chose All American Irrigation Systems. When we did the walk through everything was explained thoroughly and the needed adjustments were made. He even offered to come back after we install our sod to make sure everything is working properly. I really like that they use high quality products (Rain Bird) and that they have a 5 year warranty. They had a really great price on installing the sod and if you don?t want to do it yourself, I would recommend them to install that as well.

From start to finish Chris and his team worked marvelously and my husband and I could not be happier with the result. We are having him landscape our backyard presently and are looking forward to that result. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris Mayberry at AAIS for any irrigation and landscape needs. He is wonderful to work with and listens to the needs of his clients - and boy does he deliver! His prices are quite reasonable. Give Chris a call, you will not be disappointed.

Perfect, no problems whatsoever and follow-on customer service was great. His company did the sprinkler installs for the majority of our subdivision and I have not heard of any complaints.

Chris was very professional, prompt and easy to work with.

The final sprinkler system and sod installation turned out marginally. Each sprinkler zone control valve box was sunken down below the level of the sod and I'm worried that over time they will be covered over by the grass and dirt. It also took multiple calls to get him to come back and finish the control box installation and hook up the wire, to which he made an excuse about having troubles with his wife and the divorce he was going through. In business, don't let your personal life interfere with your contracts and customer obligations! The positive side of the whole ordeal was his business manager Sydney, who seemed to have MUCH more moral integrity and dedication to completing the job on time.

Dealing with Chris Mayberry was an unpleasant experience to say the least. I only demanded the very minimum of what he himself claimed he could offer. Nothing more. A.A.I.S., Chris Mayberry's marketing slogan states, "We Give Honor and Service to Our Lord, Our Country and Our Customers". With such claims it was hard to believe that Mr. Mayberry could actually show nothing, but dishonorable service and attitude. There is something terribly wrong at the root of an individual who can make such claims and yet act consistently in a way that shows he simply does not care very much. Here are some of the issues I ran into. Over 95% of the work was unsupervised, which led to issues later. Workers damaged my retainer wall. Chris argued over who was responsible for the damage. I brought an engineer out to verify that the damage was due to negligence on his workers' part (resting a large wheel barrel loaded with dirt on top of brick capping). Chris later offered to pay for the damage, but only after going back & forth on the issue to the point of frustration. Throughout the entire process, Chris consistently failed to call or show up when he said he would. A one day installation turned into four business days with little effort on his end, to communicate with me. The only time Chris was diligent was with paperwork and setting up the financing so that he can get his money. The system controller installation was shoddy - installed by owner, Chris himself. This is someone who supposedly has 10 years experience. He settled for a sloppy installation that resulted in the system controller door not opening more than 1/3 of the way. His grandmother (office/admin) made him come back out eventually, however, he still did not rectify things fully. See photo of PVC pipe on exterior that runs up center of garage vent. Chris failed to follow through with taking my wife and I to pick out shrubs/plants. Even though this was a favor to us, he still should have shown some integrity and followed through. He reassured me he would take us, right up to the day before. He never called us back and left us hanging. Thanks Chris! Chris underestimated lawn dressing by over 50%. Just said, "Eh, sometimes you re off when estimating". Didn't apologize or offer to finish the job and have more dirt brought out. Breached contract by submitting credit authorization form BEFORE completion of job. I have proof of this in phone records, documents, and time stamped photos. Falsified credit authorization form by stating that he verified my I.D. - which he did not. Errors in spelling of my name and address further prove this. He committed fraud and broke the law. A.A.I.S. is not in good standing with the Better Business Bureau, but I did not check it out prior. Many lessons learned through this experience. Don t let your guard down because someone uses their religious beliefs as backdrop to business.
