Description of Work: After a good initial visit for an estimate for both an extensive new sprinkler system and landscape lighting Chris, the owner, set up an appointment for an evening visit to evaluate landscape lighting options. That is where the good ended and the bad began. He no-showed the appointment without a phone call. After contacting his office the next day due to the fact that I did not have any way to contact him directly, I asked for a reason and to re-schedule the appointment. The office really couldn't give a reason and re-scheduled the appointment. To make a long story short, this happened 4 times that an appointment was made and Chris failed to show up at a single one. I was fully intending to use this company for my work, but after the total unreliability of the owner of the company I could not in good conscience use them for my project. No apology was ever made by Chris for the total waste of my time. |If you can get them to show up maybe they do good work and maybe the will come back to fix any warranty work due to breakage or malfunction but I wouldn't count on it from my experience.

Description of Work: Checked sprinkler system and replaced broken heads

Description of Work: They checked out my system and made immediate repairs where needed. They had everything that was needed to make repairs. The service was performed efficiently and suggestions were made to make further improvements. The technician was extremely helpful.

Description of Work: They scheduled an estimate for June 8 between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. They didn't show, so I called them. They said that they were running behind. Bottom line, they didn't show at all.

Description of Work: They looked over the sprinkler system. Replaced two sprinkler heads and adjusted others. |Advised me that areas that routinely turn brown were being baked because of close proximity to the street or a rock wall.

Description of Work: They changed out some of my nozzles along with some minor repairs. Paul set my sprinkler system for appropriate times. Overall I will definitely use them for my sprinkler maintenance in the future

Description of Work: Paul was actually a little early, but that was exactly what I needed. He completely tuned-up my system and adjusting the heads to ensure full coverage. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and honest approach to the service. I had a few questions about some additional zone for my trees and he explained the pros and cons helping me to make the best decision. Scheduling and follow-up was impressive.

Description of Work: I called to get an estimate for a new sprinkler system and my appointment was the 3rd of June. Chris was suppose to come out for the estimate, he never called and didn't show up. I called the next day and asked what happened and was told that since I didn't answer my phone he didn't come out for the appointment. I explained that he may have called the wrong phone number because I didn't have any missed calls the day before. I immediately got attitude from the person on the other end of the phone. I didn't use this company and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
