Description of Work: I was not able to schedule with the vendor. They suggested that we get a refund. Approximate cost of service $249.00.

Description of Work: I used an Angies list coupon for$80 to repair my lawn sprinklers. The deal was for 8 sprinklers and I have 12 so I expected to pay more. Two guys came out they worked a will and were ready to go. I asked the to check a leaking junction box. The boss said it was not leaking. After the left I turned the system on and noticed five heads shot water straight up in the air and the Junction 'box continued to leak. They came back out and fixed the problems and charged an additional $140

Description of Work: They came and did some work, told me everything worked and left. Later I learned that five sprinkler heads shot water straight up in the air, and I had ask them to fix a leak that needed a second visit. They charged me $380 above my Angie's list coupon for the first visit and $140 for the second visit.

Description of Work: Provider never showed up. Kept telling me they would be late then never call or show. I called and they rescheduled me for the next week. Waited 7 days and they did the same thing. I asked for my money back and said they couldn't do it I would have to go through angies list. Shame on angies list for keeping this's company on, I'm starting to doubt if they are keeping up with only the best. Maybe time to stop using them.

Description of Work: I purchased the special deal: $249 for 8 labor-hours of yard work. I was disappointed that I could not be scheduled sooner than 23 days after the purchase. (I hope the business is thriving and growing; if it is, they need to add more staff, so that work can be scheduled sooner.) Rain then delayed my appointment twice, adding to frustration, but not their fault. When the work was finally done, it was done well. Our yard had been a nightmare of dandelions, weeds and overgrown grass. They clipped and pulled and sprayed and trimmed. When I got home that day, I was very pleased with the result. They did miss a couple of things, like spraying some the driveway seams and removing a pesky hackberry, but in general the result was very good, and I would hire them again.

Description of Work: Overall, the folks did a decent (but not outstanding) job with our work, but the difficulty we had with All American was a) contacting them, b) hearing nothing from them for several weeks after being told they'd call us on Monday. Then, when the work was done, they agreed to take bags of leaves with them when they left, but did not. Finally, the garden beds they cleaned out were mostly complete, but again, the work was quite adequate but not outstanding. Overall, when we did have contact with the All American folks they were quite friendly and engaging. It was just difficult to contact them and get work scheduled.

Description of Work: I had to call them to get it scheduled; due to weather it was rescheduled a couple of times - but once they did finally show up and do the work - we had over 31 bags of old mulch removed - so we are happy.

Description of Work: They raked up leaves in the yard, bagged them and hauled them off. They did a great job.

Description of Work: 8 hours of service to clean up backyard of all leaves, etc. I was very disappointed in the results. The quality of work performed fell short of advertised.

Description of Work: Signed up for quarterly maintenance, that is what they did on the 15th. They turned on my system (it had been shut down for the winter) and tested all of the zones. Very personable and professional!
