Mr. Martin was finally able to get the manufacturer, LG, to replace the defective air conditioning unit. Once the replacement unit arrived, Mr. Martin installed it at his cost.

It took a long time and many calls by Mr. Martin but, he was finally able to get the manufacturer, LG, to stand behind their product. Mr. Martin arranged for LG to provide a replacement unit for the defective one at our house that could not be repaired. Although the unit was beyond the warranty period, Mr. Martin installed it at his cost.

I called their office when I realized there was a problem with one of my four units. They called half an hour before they were coming just like I asked so someone could be in the building. I appreciated the quick work they performed, I know they had other jobs to get to and I didn't want to stay all day either. :)

Their pricing is fair, and I call them whenever I need service, and they come right out.
