Description of Work: Have used them for over a decade. Purchased two units years ago and previous to that, they serviced our old system. Professional and very nice! Treated me as an intelligent female...rather than asking to speak to my husband.

+ -1 moreMr. Martin was finally able to get the manufacturer, LG, to replace the defective air conditioning unit. Once the replacement unit arrived, Mr. Martin installed it at his cost.

+ -1 moreIt took a long time and many calls by Mr. Martin but, he was finally able to get the manufacturer, LG, to stand behind their product. Mr. Martin arranged for LG to provide a replacement unit for the defective one at our house that could not be repaired. Although the unit was beyond the warranty period, Mr. Martin installed it at his cost.
Description of Work: Installed a new air conditioning unit to replace a defective one.

+ -1 moreI called their office when I realized there was a problem with one of my four units. They called half an hour before they were coming just like I asked so someone could be in the building. I appreciated the quick work they performed, I know they had other jobs to get to and I didn't want to stay all day either. :)
Description of Work: The service was quick and easy. It was a simple tripped breaker, BUT they didn't make me feel like an idiot for not thinking of that first. I would do business with them again and was looking to establish a contact for A/C repair/work. Thank you guys!

Description of Work: I have used them several times at my business. We have six AC units. They are honest and fair-priced. Once we had a dripping unit and they showed us our drain pipe had been installed practically at ground level-by someone else. The solution: dig out the dirt that clogged it. The charge: minimal. Had a new unit installed and some attic space ducted to be finished out. Very good work and price.
