We discovered water in the house after a big rain. Filed a claim and also got a water removal company to come out. After 3 different professionals inspect the house nobody can tell me from where! Called Aires because a few neighbors recommended them to have a look. Literally within 2 minutes he had found the culprit…a bad gasket around a pipe jack. With rain coming the next evening they came out and completely fixed the issue to save me from even more water damage. Absolutely recommend.

Arrived for inspection on time, provided analysis and photos of required repairs. Repairs included replacement of incorrect flashing originally installed and rusted metal. Arrived on time to make the repairs and completed work quickly. Showed knowledge on metal roof, flashing and vent repairs. Performed work safely and to prevent damage to roof. Cost was significantly less than the preliminary estimates provided by other roofers . Very professional.

They did a beautiful job on both the roof and gutters and even cleaned up perfectly after themselves. Larry was incredible at dealing with both our home owner's insurance and our home owner's association. They used quality products and the work was first rate and finished in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!
