Description of Work: Very good service!! I surprised to receive a phone call within 30 minutes after purchased deal on angie's list.Book schedule with the representative and done! The technician is on time and well inform me about the condition of the unit. It is for a rental house, I was not able to be there but he takes care all the tune-up and update to me about everything. Very well communicate. I used to have many AC companies in the past that late showing and overprice. This is one of the best so far.

Description of Work: We had a leak in our system. They found the coil to be leaking and informed me that the part was still covered by the manufacture. They got the part replaced under warranty and I only paid for service call labor and Freon. Very reputable company.
