Initially it went well. They "did the job" while I was tending to my father-in-law's funeral, so I couldn't supervise. Ultimately, this company did so much damage to my house that they removed the large profit I would have made selling it.

Brian Crews was the project manager. They were on sight with their crew the whole time. They called me one week prior to confirm everything. They sent in the paper work within 24 hours to my insurance company. They were extremely efficient and also offer a 5 year warranty with their work.  I was very pleased with the results.

The owner of the company was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns.  My roof needed to be replaced because of a hail storm at the end of May.  I called several companies the following day because I needed a temporary patch on the roof.  D and M responded first and made sure the temporary repair was in place the very same day.  They guided me through the whole process and responded with ideas to help make my roof more energy efficient. The owner of the company took care of all the coordination with my Homeowners Associateion.   The crew showed up and completed the work as scheduled.  The owner came out and made sure everything was going as planned.  He even sent someone out to do a followup inspection 2 weeks later.  The warranty on the labor was better than most companies offered.  I really appreciate the quality of customer service provided by this company.  Thank you.

I really felt the quality and professionalism of this company stood out well. They were on time, cleaned up as if they were never here and followed up with afterwards to make sure everything was running smoothly.
