There was a small issue with scheduling and they had to move my appointment from Thursday to Friday, but on Friday the pro was on time, friendly and professional. Unfortunately it turns out we needed a new dishwasher so there wasn't anything to fix but he was able to quickly identify the problem and also gave me recommendations of where to shop for a new one.

Rich diagnosed the issue with our washer quickly and recommended fixing it rather than replacing. The washer is now fixed and our laundry pile is shrinking.

Rich was very professional and personable. He discussed options on the repair which allowed me to make a decision I was comfortable with. He ordered the parts, which arrived two days later and we setup a install appointment. The install was excellent. I will be contacting Rich should any future appliance issue arise.
