Rich was very responsive, friendly, timely and new what he was doing. He listened to what I had to say and helped guide me to the right fix for my dryer even though it meant a much less costly repair. He saved me several hundred $$$ and time on the repair and helped me get my dryer back up and running within 24 hours.
