Ran a test on my washing machine identified 4 problems told me which ones was not a concern but the one that was of concern. In the end he was honest and told me it would be more cost effective at this time to replace it. My machine was over 10 years old. Thank you Rick.

It is hard to rate this company bc they didnâ t really do any work on the built-in microwave/oven combo. It was not cost effective due to the age of the appliance. Really appreciate the honesty of their recommendation. Would like to not throw away money on a short term fix when purchasing a new oven would be the wiser choice.
