I had a 20 yr old Lennox system, that I had replaced with an American Standard... they covered the flooring, stairs, and made sure no mess was left behind... the workmanship was super clean, 90 degree angles, and replaced all of the items needed for a full install, pad, disconnect... would recommend them to anyone...

Fantastic service. They had the parts on their truck and made repairs immediately. Within 1/2 hour we were back in service and our customers were extremely happy. Even though this was an emergency repair for us, they treated us as a normal service call which saved us many dollars. The next week I hired them to begin a preventive maintenance service on all five units. We have been very happy for over 2 years with the maintenance program they developed for us. One of my four AC units cooling performance has reduced over the years and I wanted to recharge the unit with refrigerant knowing that it must have a small leak that caused dwindling performance. Sergei came in and hooked his gauge and told me within two minutes that the unit pressure is low & there is a leak (which I knew), I informed him that the reduced performance took few years and I would like to find out where the leak is and if it is repairable. Also what are the options to recharge the unit with refrigerant. I felt his lack of interest in finding where the leak was or if it was repairable. Instead, he just told that, I would need to change the outside unit as well as the entire coil system in the attic which will cost around $5,000.00. I asked him again about recharging the unit, and he said he can do it but it will cost me around $85x7lb = $595 and he will not be able to guarantee his work, which I understand. He did not give me any other options. The whole appointment lasted about 15 minutes and he charged me $85.00, which is roughly $340.00/hr. Later on, I wanted to get a second opinion about replacing the whole unit and got a reference from a friend, since I did not want to spend that much money without making sure I need it immediately. The second HVAC guy came in and spend about an hour inspecting the outside and attic unit and did locate the leak at the coil. He was able to also tell me that, if I did not want to spend the money to replace the coil (appx. $1,800.00), he could recharge the unil with an alternate drop in refrigerant which is much cheaper than original R22 refrigerant and with the small leak, it may last some time. Like Sergei, he could not guarantee the time it will work. At the end, I decided to take the chance and go with the alternate drop in refrigerant. Total cost with the Second Hvac guy was 6 lb of alternative refrigerant and no service charge fee, totaling $25.00 x 6 = $150.00. It has been about two weeks and the unit is holding the cooling performance. I am hoping that it will last for the summer season and I will be able to replace the coil or the whole system, early next year.

Igor was great! I had already received 2 other price quotes from another local companies (Harris & A1) and they were extremely overpriced. Igor was able to provide me a price quote over the phone & had our AC fixed within hours. Plus, I wasn’t charged any additional fees for coming out “after hours”. I called our regular AC repair guy (Classic Air) and he tested the unit and said that the condenser had failed (because it was not getting any power) and that it would cost $7,600 for a new one. So, since that is big money, I got a second opinion from Infinity and thank goodness I did. They found that the condenser motor was bad and from that a short circuit had occurred. He replaced the motor and the burnt wires and its back to working fine. So I'll take a $400 bill versus a $7,600 any day. The difference between the two was that Infinity was more experienced and recognized the real issue.

The cost was ~1800.00 for coil and compressor. They check and had the unit in house, they came out on Sunday, the next day, and put everything in and tested it and it was done. NO EXTRA cost for Sunday service and was very punctual. I was very impressed. They didn't even require a down payment for getting the equipment, I offered and they said, no problem. Not suggesting this is common practice, but demonstrates their commitment to do well.

The process could not have gone smoother. My old unit was about 16 years old, and had been leaking Freon for a few years. Rather than pumping money into the unit twice a year, it was time for a replacement. They came out the same day I called to look at what was needed. While they were here they did a minor repair on the old system to get us through a few days. We agreed on an installation date for the replacement. The team came out as scheduled (even a littler earlier in the morning than scheduled). The installation was completed in a day. They did have to come back to address an issue related to the manufacture of the unit. But that was also done in a timely manner.

The motor in my A/C unit began smoking and I called Guaranty Air.  Michael was very courteous and send the technician out right away.  We ended up getting a new 3 ton system installed the following day and its amazing how great of a job they did.  I'm even happier after talking to my neighbor and realizing I paid almost half of what they paid for a similar system.  Highly recommend!

Called a company I normally use and they said I needed an entire furnace replaced and quoted me an outrageous amount. Good thing a buddy of mine recommended to call Guaranty Air. Their technician came out and was able to get my system running just by replacing a faulty wire. They guys saved me over $2K dollars. Wow, highly recommend their honesty and professionalism!

I called this afternoon around 3pm Shawn showed up and found that I had a bad transformer and a short on the unit outside.  It was getting really hot inside and I was so worried I wouldn't get someone out here right away.  NOT A problem for these guys, he came out and fixed my problem and my house is cooling all in about a 2 hour timeframe.  Not to mention I was charged a more than acceptable rate for the repair.  I will be replacing my unit next summer and already know I will use them because I couldn't have asked for better service.  Very honest, professional, and affordable with the best customer service I've encountered in quite some time.

They explained to me what would be the ideal system for my house .They offer options that I have with no push on me. In my mind they were very knowledgeable what system I should put in my house.They show up on time and finish the job as promised. I'm very pleased and I would recommend it to my friends and family

Shawn came out to assess the situation. It was determined that there was a leak and some damage to the outside unit. Both were repaired in a matter of two days and our house was once again cooling.

We had 2 units fully serviced, got help with setting up new wifi thermostats, and advice on how to keep the bills lower. The tech also balanced the airflow using the dampers, which helped with evening out the heat between the bedrooms, which was a problem we've been dealing for a long time. Very courteous, arrived on time, and efficient. Highly recommend this company.

These guys came in replaced two complete air conditioner systems (inside and out).   They did everything within a weekend and had me up and running in no time.  I had my 3rd AC unit replaced by some other company about 2 yrs ago and it doesnt even compare.These guys installed everything with meticulous precision.  Every pipe, cable and duct put in perfectly.  They didn't try to upsell or anything.  I asked them about a more expensive unit than they quoted me and they explained why I didnt need that model for my type of house and saved me money. My July/August electric bill went from $700 a month to just $480.
