The service is great and they've helped us with replacing our pool filter and heater. Juan, who actually does our weekly service is very efficient and friendly.

I was very pleased with this company. I've been a pool owner for 38 yrs and have had my share of bad luck with pool companies. I plan to use them in the future for pool resurfacing and will recommend them to others who ask for a reputable pool company.

They have been very prompt with their response and have done what they promised to do.

Outstanding job. I highly recommend this company.

I have rated this company after only a couple of weeks. Here is why I gave them this rating: 1. They called right away. They answer the phone in a personal yet professional manner. Others made me feel like I was a bother or like I should have a degree in pool maintenance to discuss my issues. 2. They sent a qualified service tech out the next day. He to was very easy to talk to. He knew every aspect of pool maintenance. From simple cleaning to algae issues to pump / filter / electrical repairs. 3. I got a quote the next day via email. They may not be the cheapest but I think it is very fair. Especially with the skill set and their prompt and consistent work practices. 4. We had a black algae issue and after the first few days it was almost gone. I haven't been home since but I am sure it is taken care of. 5. They explain all issues and do there best to do the repairs in as timely and inexpensive manner as possible.

Even though they were priced a little high....the quality and speed of my drain and clean was amazing. They drained on Tues evening and pool was clear sparkling and balanced by Fri mid-day!!!! By the way, my pool was totally black with no visual not even steps, and full of leaves!!!! After draining it was extremely stained ...but by the time the tech left it was clear and gunite was totally stain free!!!!! Very impressed!!!

Bryan is very friendly and informative. I moved out of town and am using his service to maintain the pool while I rent the house out. I feel comfortable that my pool is good hands!

We found Bryan easy to work with he listened to our needs. We were not able to do everything we wanted because we pay cash as we go so next year we will be calling him back to do another project. I have already recommended Hand Crafted Pool Care to others in my neighborhood.

Asked for just an initial estimate and received it on time as promised. Our cleaner, Juan, is very nice and does a great job. This company (so far/ hired 2 weeks ago) has exceeded expectations. Punctual, professional and courteous. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone.
