Good Experience,

I hired this company to come out and fix the problem. However, when they arrived, they charged a $159 service fee and was not prepared to fix the outdoor grinder pump piping. It turned out ok because they estimated $1200 and we ended up paying only $400 to get problem fixed.

Caleb, Andy and BJ were a great bunch of guys who made sure everything was done right and up to code, very courteous, explained what was going on when asked, finished a large job in the estimated time given, very friendly, neat and cleaned up behind themselves, passed inspection without a hitch, job well done

Technician arrived on time. He increased his estimate by $100 because he had to go get a part. I was told when I made to reservation that because I was a first time customer my service fee would be waived. When the technician arrived he said this was not true. He did a really good job but I will be reluctant to use the company again

These plumbers went out of their way to please me, the critical wife, by going to Home Depot twice to get items that would improve the installation of two water heaters. Their young expressions remained unfazed as I moved around their work area, fussing and complaining. My behavior did not detract from their efficiency and carefulness. They kept their minds on the job and politely responded to my every query. They were great professionals and very proficient plumbers. I would certainly ask for their service again. This was written by my wife, since I'm the easy-going one. I was convinced from the start that they could do the job.

They arrived on time the same day I called. My broken faucet outside was quickly replaced and even completed a check on all my inside faucets were working properly, checked hot water heater and advised of available sensors that is available to put on hot water heater to shut off water in case of leak. Very professional. Would recommend them to family and friends and will use them again if needed.

Just make sure they check to make sure they completely finished the whole project before they leave. I know this sounds weird but I don't believe the water heater has the hot water as hot as my last one. I was able to save money by having time to buy my own faucet for the sink. I greatly appreciated him telling me that. All the men were very nice and friendly.
