They were running a $79 drain clean special; which is cheaper than renting an auger from Home Depot.

They arrived on time, there was an issue with the tech not knowing why he was there, which was an issue because my wife could not explain. Their internal communication could be better.

Service and repair was good. On time. They run up the tab though. Charged $109 for tight space fee in addition to repair. Isn't all plumbing in tight spaces? Also $297/hr exploratory fee to find leak. Took 10 min to find, he charged for full hour. Just too much money for the scope of work. Cut hole in drywall, replace 8 inches of copper pipe$580! I still have to fix the dry wall.

I feel I was overcharged by at least $600. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I guess they have to make up for those times they are late and have to pay the customer and for all that advertising telling us how wonderful they are.

Prompt courteous and quick

Once the technician realized I opted for the hr rate (200.00hr) he took his sweet time. Juiced an hours work for 3hrs. Professional haggler. Meantime all I heater need was a simple tube to be cleared out. That's it. Told me he had to "round the hour" lol called his @$$ out. Still ended up paying two hours. Oh yea...make sure to clock them when technician starts to work. He lied and told me clock starts asa he arrives. Really? Buyer beware. Had I listened to his suggestion to first check pressure something I would payed at least a 1,000.00. Shame on you!!!!

Way too expensive. Wanted to charge $99 just to research for needed part. Did not use them for repair and only paid them for service call.

The tech was on time and friendly. However he took a LONG time to do the repair and kept making excuses over & over. The quality seems good and it does work. They do try to upsell you a lot but not overly pushy.

The job was done efficiently and in a jiffy.

They did explain everything and told me the final cost. The second time they came, the problem got worse and when I called back to see if they could come to help, I was told they were booked for the day. Why do they say that they are on call 24 hours, when their not. My brother-in- law fixed it.

Good work. Everyone that came was excellent. Very professional. Pretty costly but there were 8 different people to pay for the one job. Which I knew up front what the price was going to be so no surprises.

He took serveral hours doing nothing but cleaning out his truck. He was extremely slow and the faucet is already coming loose. Charged me $500 plus for it. Only cared about money. Thought I had two bathrooms. What did that have to do with what he was hired to do? Nothing- not happy With work at all.

They did a great job of changing out my shower handle. Recommend stocking more parts on their trucks. Quality of work was outstanding.
