They were quick in getting out there and did a good job. I just thought their price was higher than what I've paid before. I've used them before and had the same experience. Good work but you pay more for it. The work they were doing could have been done my anyone.

Plumber had very professional approach and completed the work wihout hassle of any kind.

No repair was done because I actually figure out how to reset the thermometers before they arrived. I allowed them to inspect what I did to make sure it was correct. Then they offered great advice on what the problem might be and what to watch out for if the problem occurs again. Their quotes on potential fixes seemed high but over all great service.

Way too expensive. I got calls from other Home Advisor businesses that quoted me a fraction over 3/4's what I paid Ben Franklin. There work is fine but would not quotes a price over the phone like the others. I kept the appointment because I honor a commitment I make to a company. When they arrive I was quoted 200 to unclog a toilet. The free trip charge I was promised was only if I did the work. So I feel they were not upfront with their policy. Live and learn. I will never use them again

The communication was great. They called prior to arriving and was on time as promised. My plumbing issues were completed and the representative was knowledgeable with the issues we were having.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was prompt and friendly. They also gave me tips on maintaining the hot water heater throughout the year. I didn't expect the installation to be complete so fast.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came out the same day for a free evaluation. Provided options instead of just insisting on the most costly service. A new system was installed the next day and faster than expected. They put down cloths to protect our floors without being prompted. A fuse had blown on the outlet they needed to use for the new unit so they even loaned us an extension cord so we could have hot water immediately, and helped set up a repair to fix that problem.
