Couldn't ask for better service. Juan was outstanding. Only questionable point of interest was the fixed price for specific service received. The cost of $100+ to knock out a brick and gain better access to the pipe seems somewhat excessive. A (5) five minute job cost the customer $100+ more in payment to you, plus the additional expense of getting the now damaged larger hole in the brick wall repaired. Seems near the point of being unfair.

Very quick, they went to property on same day and installed both toilets next morning, they explained options well, customer center also called back to confirm various times to follow up.

The tech was informable and courteous and very clean in appearance and in his work he left the job just as clean and when he showed up

They helped us with a significant leak between the main and sprinkler cutoff on a SATURDAY. This was a big help.

They are responsive and skilled. We went from leaking hot water heater to new, installed heater in 5 hours. They are, however, expensive.

Any company has overhead costs and they are in business to make a profit. If they weren't,they wouldn't be around to do repairs when you need them. Josh was awesome and did a great job had my water leak repaired within about 60-90 minutes. Very pleased.
