Shane was professional, polite, and competent - all key factors for return visits.

I thought I kept getting upsold & a little of the old run around. They wanted to install a pressure reducer, would not warrant the heater. Paid more than double the cost of the heater for install.

Good service, competent work, prompt and on time, fair price.

Little high on price in my opinion.

They were very very pricey but I needed the work done do I hired them. Finished work was great but I don't think it was $900 worth.

They did an excellent job and well use them again.

The representative was prompt, very knowledgeable and courteous. They were very detailed oriented and helpful. They replaced the outside faucet. Josh was quick and completed the task as described per estimate.

The guys were great but forgot to clean up after themselves. Did close gate. Good thing I checked before letting dogs out. Would hire again.

In theory a 'premium' service company that commands premium prices. The service was very good and prompt, but the prices were simply off the scale. $200+ minimum to clear a drain and over $700 simply to replace a bath faucet for a total of $1200 to fix those two things. I can't comment further because I found the prices to be borderline predatory upon people who don't know that these services can be professionally completed with a guarantee for half the price. To be fair the owner did personally phone me to discuss my dissatisfaction, but I still find it hard to believe that a professional company will charge $700 for a part that is readily available for $200. Even charging $200 for the install (which is also excessive) is a 100% markup over reasonable and customary charges. If warranty and prompt service is more important than cost, this might be the right company to employ, but I can't financially justify it.

Re-seated Toilet after new flooring put down. Was on time and knowledgeable. Also looked at hot water heater (part of the service while he's there). Did a real good job, cleaned up afterwards. Very helpful.

Job was completed timely and accurately but very pricey. Had the same job done 2 years ago for less than half of what Ben Franklin charged. Will not repaeat busines with them and caution others when employing this company.

It seems like a big company and was pretty expensive. They did a good job with the work though.
