While this company is very good and responsive, the prices are inordinately high. Those on fixed incomes should seek several bids.

they do great work. when they were out, they saw other problems I would not have known about if they had not brought to my attention.

Lance was awesome !! Explained everything so I could understand what he was doing . Very experienced and super quality service !! No hidden fees , prices are reasonable and they do a very thorough job !! The main thing for me was they did the work the same day. Lance was prompt and on time ! I will use again

Very friendly and got the job done. Unfortunately I didn't know I called the most expensive plumber in town. You better have a big pocket book when you call these guys, your going to need it.

While overall I am very satisfied with the work done, there was an issue where the lead worker on the project indicated that the job could not be completed until additional work...costing additional money was done. I requested a supervisor to come on site and review the situation with me so I could understand why the additional cost was necessary. The supervisor concluded no additional work was needed and told me the worker that had indicated the work was needed would be retrained. I am willing to give the benefit of the doubt on this, but if I had not challenged what I was told, I would have been out another $650.

Make sure that they ask you if they can throw away your items removed, before they take from your premises...
