The service technician was great and explained thoroughly what was involved in the repair. The cost seemed high for the project but since it had to be repaired that day (which happened to be a Sunday) we went ahead with it. The company called later and offered a free service call the next time we were in need, which was very nice of them.

They came the same day i called but only took an hour to replace the shut off valve and tighten a nut on the toilet line and it was about 400.oo big ones! I'm an educated woman with a job i've had for twenty years and i only make 38.00/hr. Sorry, too pricey for me.

Needed a new water heater as part of the deal to sell my house. About 3 hours after my request, Brandon came by to give me an estimate. Wesley and Eric installed it the very next morning. The installation took about 2 1/2 hours. They were all very professional and efficient.

Nick was the tech and he was very knowledgeable and did his job with precise accuracy and cleaned up very well after job was completed.

Patrick came out and he was ready to go to work. He had two hose bibs replaced in 21/2 hours.

When he came out, he gave me an estimate for a bathroom faucet replacement. The price was twice as much as the other companies and if I had not bought a special from Angies list,I would not have used them. But still said I needed turn off valves replaced so it still would up costing me their original amount. I should have paid attention to the other reviews and after reading the company responses to the negative reviews before I bought or hired.
