Excellent Work

$285 for a $8 part , did not fix the water heater. Was told by dispatch it would be another $80 to come out and tell me what was wrong. No way Im throwing good money after bad. Checked the part out myself found it was not the problem. Great troubleshooting techniques this guy had. I have watched service people come into this neighborhood and take advantage of the older population for years. Its the way business is done nowadays, hooray for me and the heck with you. Will never use a contractor working for a company and pay them both an insane hourly rate, in this case about about $500 an hour, ever again. So tired of watching people take advantage of other people.

Great professional and fair service.

Fast, efficient and clean. Handled all over the phone as I was at work during the entire process.

Consultation and installation was quick, easy. Helped set up financing. When they found out that I was replacing my AC as well they went out of the their way to provide a better quote and better unit that what I had originally planned to install. Job site was left clean.

Very courteous, friendly and timely. Worked through my issues and provided needed services. I d recommend to everyone.

Called with a leaking pipe in the wall and they were here with 20 minutes. Great service!

Chris actually used a diagnostic process. Anyone could understand the process,and his recommendation as to the needed repairs. Very much a pleasure to business with him.

So far the work is good but they think the drain pipe is rotted out which would be very expensive to fix. I'll have to wait and see how the drain work holds up.
