From my initial conversation with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Customer Service to Danny the Plumber doing an outstanding job on our plumbing issue, the whole experience was beyond our expectations. Our job was not easy and it was fairly urgent due to a serious leak in our water main resulting in our water being shut off. Danny came promptly and developed a plan to get us up and running within a few hours. Can't say enough good things about how they solved our problems with the least possible expense.

Would use again. Water line broke under house after hours everything fixed and house had water again within three hours of call couldn t be more appreciative.

Cleaned out a clogged line that an air conditioner repairman could not do stopping the flow of water under the carpeted floor. The only problem was the big, brown water stain on the clean carpet.

Home Advisor's plumbing service man - arrived in time and was very nice and evaluated my toilet valve problem very quickly. The service was great and very speedy. The on!y thing I have a problem with was the cost. I am a senior person and the cost was extravagant. The plumber did great work and it only took less than 30 minutes to change out two flush valves and change two water line connectors. I think that over $600.00 was too much for a senior person to afford. I cannot afford to call Home Advisor again and would advise any of my senior friends not to call them.

Service is great but the inevitable is that plumbing is expensive.

Tech did a great job, I thought the price was a bit too expensive

it was wsy too expensive. it cost $335 for a faucet installation. i had already bought the facuet. way too expensive.

When I called, my toilet would not flush. After the plummer showed up all was well....for what I think is a fair price.
