They will tell you up front what the cost will be. For other work that needs attention they can give you a price on that as so you can decide when you can get the work completed.

It took them 4 days to complete all the work but they did a great job. I'm very happy. I'll recommend them to everyone in the area.

I believe this business overestimated the job and presented worst-case convincing me that it should be repaired quickly. I approved the estimate and paid a portion up front. Reality was that a sprinkler PVC pipe located in the customer turnoff pit was cracked and it was repaired. I do not believe it was worth $900+. The balance owed was asked for and I paid it. You decide whether to use this company.

Technician arrived on time very professional and pretty much knew right away what the problem was. Had parts on truck and done in about 30 minutes. Obviously nobody wants to spend $350 on a external faucet but as they say...It is what it is . Problem solved and should be good for next season. Will recommend and keep in mind for future repairs. Very prompt, courteous and professional. Thanks again!!
