They are not as competent as they would have you believe. If they have to think beyond what the programming is in their, your warranty gets breached. Then you get insults and stupid false accusations.

Christopher (Wrenn) Green gave us a quote for 4 faucet / supply line / shut off valve replavcements yesterday and was back this morning with a helper (both is shoe covers) to do the install. All work was accomplished with professionalism, purposeful alacrity, friendliness, concern for our home and even a few strokes for Bobo, our Rhodesian Ridgeback. I highly recommend Ben Franklin and every technician that we've been fortunate to have in our home.

I called in the morning and less than an hour the very nice plumber showed up. By 2:30 pm I had a new water heater installed. Klee was polite and friendly and explained everything. The cost for the service was very reasonable. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has a customer for life.

Not knowing how much the costs would be, I hired the first pro that contacted me from Angi. They contacted me the same day I sent the request. They made an appointment for the next day. Their repairman, Kleeve, arrived at the appointment time, and gave me a quote, I accepted. Kleeve went to work. He was professional in demeanor, appearance, and quality of work.
