The serviceman was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He was very efficient and very neat. I really liked their annual service plan to keep my new hot water in good condition. I would definitely call them again.

I needed two outside faucets fixed. I bought the faucets and replace one. But it dripped. I couldn't get the second one off so I called. I was told there would be a $69 charge for the house all. I was OK with that. The plumber showed up the next day and he was great, very frustrating friendly and professional. I showed him the faucets and he got busy. In about 20 minutes he was done. He put Teflon tape on my new leaker and didn't charge me for that. He had to heat up the other one because it was soldered on. He said he'd keep my new faucet and wouldn't charge me for any parts, very fair. He wrote up the bill and it was$270 something. I said I thought that was outrageous. He smiled and said he didn't set the prices. I understood that, he said the normal charge was $200 a faucet plus the $69 housecall charge. I have no complaint with the plumber but $270 for 20 minutes work seems outrageous.

They said they did not know anything about Home Advisory and they set their own prices, which by the way are astronomical and unreasonable ($300 to replace a garbage disposal I provided) ($450 to replace a lavatory faucet).

Speedy service

The technicians replaced my gas lines due to a gas leak. They were knowledgeable and efficient and also careful to make sure their work met the codes land solved the problems.

Personnel were friendly and courteous. I was kept well informed during the repairs. The final cost did not exceed the estimated cost. Good job cleaning up after the job was completed. Highly recommended!
