Travis was very professional + courteous,, keeping me informed of his progress. As a home care provider 4 my wife the service helped me immensely In her care. The first person I talked to was very uninterested in helping me to the point of being rude. Iâ d just had a $5000 waterline repair and the first time my sprinkler ran afterwards it wouldnâ t shut down. We turned all the levers in both boxes labeled â IRRIGATIONâ to shut it off but it kept running.- so we had to shut the water off at the street and I was going to be without water until someone could come tomorrow. The first woman Insisted that they didnâ t work on sprinklers and there was no one available to come out. And when I insisted I needed someone tonight - she said someone would call tomorrow and hung up. My daughter was here and located another phone number and called it. She got Allahandra who was very nice and sent Corey out. Both boxes labeled â Irrigation system â did not have a shut off for the sprinkler at all. It was in another box entirely that was NOT labeled â irrigation systemâ Corey shut off the water to the sprinkler and turned the house water back on - so we were very happy with him and Allehandra. The First Lady - - not so much

They did a great job with installing a water heater. They had to take a door frame out and replaces it with professional care.

He did not explain the situation and told me not to worry about the carpet. I was charged about as much as his service cost to get my carpets taken care of. I thought it was included in the pricing. The company that came out stated they were with HomeAdvisor and they are not. I had to pay for the hot water heater and to get my carpet started but it has still not been fixed.

Alie did an amazing job of installing a waterline for my refrigerator. He was efficient, communicative, resourceful and kind. He knew exactly what to do. Thank you so much.
