They replaced my house to street water line 8 months ago on a weekend. They were considerate, efficient, prompt and got it fixed and I was very happy. They had to come back recently to repair where the line connected to the house and were still polite, friendly and considerate and eventually fixed the leak @ no charge, but it took over a week and they could have done a much better job communicating. To them, Iâ m sure, it was a very minor problem, but I was very concerned that it might be a slab leak until they finally dug it out to find out for sure.

I used to solve my own problems but my age prohibits that any longer. Ben Franklin Plumbing responded immediately and spent several hours correcting the problem. Everything now works well. they're easy to communicate with and they really care if they do a good job.

If you have the same type of clog on the Y of a double bathroom vanity â on a 1 story home... just do it yourself through the vent pipe. Less than 30 minutes for a $50 rental from Home Depot. Easy.

The serviceman was on time, friendly, and worked fast... He was able to give some discount on service but it still felt a little steep for 1 hour of work tops... However, they do give a 67 day guarantee in which you can bring them back out if the problem comes back.

City waterline replacement caused many problem with burst pipes. The company found all of them. Excellent clean up.

Very professional and courteous. Didn't waste any time in solving the problem. After service sent a thank you card with a coupon toward any future service. We will call them again if the need arises.
