Experienced knocking in pipes after service call for leak and the source of the leak was never found but, great customer service.

Nick provided excellent service and walked me through everything that he did. Also gave me tips on what to look out for in case another situation arises with my vent pipe and water heater.

After 3 of their plumbers came out to assess my plumbing issues-the first one charged me $600-they decided my lines were cracked and it would cost me $40,000+ to fix it. Being a 70 yr old widow on a fixed income, there was no way. I feel like from the first they took advantage and my kitchen sink drainage problem was NEVER fixed at all. I had another plumber come out to assess the problem. He listened to the facts, ran his auger through the line 2x and my kitchen sink drains beautifully! I feel Ben Franklin was a rip-off!!!

The service was quick and well done. The gentleman who did the work was very nice. However, the cost to replace the cartridge on a delta faucet was $500! Absolutely over the top on the cost. Had I had more time I would have shopped around. I understand the people who do the job do not cost the jobs - the costing comes from them, which I assume is Angi. Way too expensive. Will not use Angi again for plumbing services.

Mr. Nick Fontenot from Ben Franklin Plumbing in Mansfield, TX did a great job removing the old water heater and installing a new one in just a couple hours. We've used them before for other plumbing issues and they have always arrived at or before the scheduled time, performed admirably at a reasonable cost, and cleaned up when the project was completed. It couldn't have been any faster or done with any more professionalism.

I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin because of the amazing experience I had. I had sewage back up at 5am Friday morning and called the company. They had Nick out by 9am! He found that my sewer line was borrowed through (by AT&T fiber). Gave me a flat rate quote to fix it and recommendations on what to do with at&t. While fixing it Nick confirmed my line was burrowed through TWICE by the fiber pipes AT&T installed last week. He was able to contact them and get them out immediately to move their lines and fix their mistake. Nick went out of his way multiple times to ensure the problem was taken care of. Respected my night shift schedule so I could rest while they worked. I will continue to recommend this Benjamin Franklin as Nick is a reflection of the company’s values and work ethic. Something that was supposed to take 2-4 weeks to process a claim was fixed without hassle!
