I hired Patrick to install a pocket door. When Patrick opened up the wall to install, we found plumbing in the way of the project. Patrick advised me that this was not a problem and gave me a fair price to move the plumbing. Patrick is very knowledgeable and his work shows. Patrick showed me how the previous install company did not put down any sealant to prevent water from seeping under the door. Also, once installed the door was slightly sticking. Patrick honored his warranty and came out to make the minor adjustment necessary
