They dispatched Mark first thing the next day, took him about 20 minutes to reconnect and tighten the faucet. Since then no trouble at all.

I was very pleased when the entire cost was under $200 when the original quote was for possibly as high as $750. There was a problem with arrival time. Original person scheduled to do the work was not available and finding someone else to come out was a problem. The second person was very helpful and when he could not find the leak at the drain he called a supervisor to see what other options were available. I will be using them again if or when I have plumbing problems.

We have a maytag washer that the local maytag dealer said required complete replacement. We called around and followed up on advice regarding Earl's Plumbing. Are we glad we got them to do the work! The plumber came by; heard our sad story; hurrmphhed and made a call; had to go get a part; came back and fixed exactly what we needed done. He was professional about his business and got the repair with no extraneous time wasted. He was worth every penny spent and we have a fully functioning dishwasher because of it. We will not use anyone else given a choice.

I like everything about them. They're timely, their pricing is fair and the office staff is pleasant. I don't know that their prices are any different than anyone else in town.

They did a really good job. Cathy in the office was friendly and very helpful and the plumbers were personable and professional. I would definitely have them back if I have another plumbing problem.

Awesome Experience. On time, On Budget (actually under), Excellent work. Kitec Plumbing: We are selling our home and found out we had Kitec Pipes, which meant we had to re-plumb our home before we could sell. Got 3 estimates, Earl's was about middle, which was good. Chuck (General Manager) met with me, explained the process and was also willing to meet with potential buyers also. Came in under budget ($750). His team was incredibly professional and CLEAN - nothing was left, no fittings or scraps - very neat work. I would suggest anyone who is having the KITEC issue to use Earl's Plumbing. They ran my entire repair from start to end of drywall patching which was convenient and easy for us. Great job guys, in your debt.

The job was fantastic; they were quick to come out, actually came out the same day. I was impressed that the technician took his boots off every time he came in my house. It was raining outside that day and he did not even bother with booties; he took the time to take off his boots completely so that was nice of him. He was a really nice guy, did great work and was professional and friendly. I think the price was fair; he picked up after himself and did not leave a mess. I will use them again in the future.

Our water heater was not working due to a copper line leaking on the electrical components. I called Earls and they responded with the hour. Fixed the copper line first and the replaced the flame sensor and all is well. I was thinking I would need a new water heater but Earls saved the day.

We are renovating a farm house with portions at least 80 years old and that hasn't had plumbing re-done since the late 1950's and HVAC redone in about 30 years. We were looking for a reliable company that could do both, preferably at the same time to minimize our down time without water and HVAC. I had competing quotes and none would do both jobs and no combination of other contractors could meet our budget of about $10k to do both. I actually found Earls through Angies list and they came out to quote. The first thing that impressed me was that they offered both a contractor grade line of HVAC equipment I was familiar with as well as a name brand and did not try to up-sell me on the name brand or try to run down the contractor grade which we both knew was just as good. The HVAC quotes for name brands were what was largely breaking our budget. They were also the first contractor to quote both the plumbing and HVAC together and have both crews working simultaneously to minimize or down time and come in at our budget. The HVAC work was completed by their crew in a single day and the installation was professional looking and they cleaned up after themselves completely. The plumbing took 2 days, but they ran lines one day and did the new connections the next so we were only without water for one day. Again the install was neat, professional and they cleaned up afterwards. I have since used them for HVAC service at my business and was happy with the job they did there too. I can recommend them highly for both plumbing and HVAC work.

Overall, I would not call them back.

It went well overall. The only problem was that I scheduled this Saturday MORNING appointment a week ahead of time. I called on Thursday to confirm this and was told everything was set. But the company decided to shift it to an afternoon appointment and neglected to notify me of the change. Once he finally arrived, everything went well. I have a real issue with the scheduling folks involved with this. If you are going to shift from a morning appointment to an afternoon appointment it would be a good idea to notify the customer of these changes.

Trustworthy! I would recommend earl's to anyone. thinking about having them remodel a shower for me soon.

Annual service contract servicing revealed additional problems that they agreed to service next available service day.

Called them first thing in the morning and she gave a time in about an hour . He showed up exactly as expected. Gave me an estimate , got the part and did the work. I was disappointed the part was so expensive but it was made out of brass. He was respectful and professional . Would call them again and recommend them . Just a great experience with this company!

it was a very good response. Dave come out promptly after calling in the report. Dave did a very good job and now my pipes are flowing freely. Thanks for a job well done. I would definitely use them again.

I called them this morning and got their answering service. They wouldn't take a message so I called someone else. The last experience was fine. Since May 2009 I have used them 5 times. They are a little bit more expensive but they seem to do it right the first time. Sometimes their price is great and sometimes it could be lower.

ac was back on in two and a half hours from the time i made the call.
