We lost all cool air in our upstairs unit due to a leaking coil. We contacted Dave at Metrocrest for a replacement. His crew wouldn't be ready till the following week (this was at the height of the heat 7/1/16) but Dave went out of his way to come by that day to put 2lbs of freon in to hold us over till the install. He did this free of charge. Thank you Dave, I don't think any other company would have done the same. We highly recommend Metrocrest!

Metrocrest did a great job from beginning to end. They provided various alternatives & recommendations for equipment before starting the job. They came on time during installation, cleaned the work area & provided instructions for operating the equipments. They came back after installation to use how the unit was operating, and provided ongoing support for maintenance.

The technician notified us, when he was coming. He arrived in the timeframe originally stated. He immediately did a through diagnostic - checking each portion of the system. He discovered a shorting problem, which he immediately fixed.

They weren't able to do the work on the day that they inspected and estimated the job because our unit needed more than 1 person to lift the box to get to the pan. Once they did get enough techs scheduled to be there at the same time they got the job done quickly. Everything is working like a charm now, great job.

The visit went well. Our air conditioning unit is 10 years old, so it's starting to make a little noise. The technician let us know what to listen/look for going forward and will help us when/if we need to replace any parts. Overall the visit was great, and we have some peace of mind that our system is working properly, and we have someone to help out when we need.

Excellent job as always. Metrocrest Air Conditioning has been my service provider for the 20 years I have owned my home. Dave kept my old A/C working until it was 28 years old. A few year ago, he installed a new unit for me. I will continue to use Metrocrest as long as I live in the area. Dave has always been prompt, efficient, friendly, fair.
