The service charge was too much for just an install of a faucet; repairman also quoted a price just as costly for another issue that he saw

They worked very hard to save me money and to do the job the right way. They stayed much longer to ensure the job was done. They were extremely polite. I've never had people work that hard to save me money.

Paid plenty of fees and asked him it will fixed the issue before I agreed to the fee. He answered yes. Did not solved the problem. Charge me a large fee for nothing. Had to get another certified Plummer to do the job. This business is questionable.

The technician arrived a few minutes late but that was no problem. He tried hard to repair the existing sink faucet but it still leaked so he replaced it with a new one. The new faucet works fine. The technician was very polite and friendly. The price for this sink faucet seemed reasonable. However, I was shocked when he gave me a quote for a new bathroom faucet that was more than twice what other plumbers charge. I had to select another plumber for future work. Based on the very high price, I would not recommend C&W.

A basic hot water heater took 4 days and 1st day I woke up to strong gas smell in my garage at 5:00 am it was fixed at 8:30 pm that night

Customer service was terrific. Dylan and Chris were very polite & respectful. They did not rush the installation. Price was as quoted, no surprises. Workmanship was very good, with one exception. I was not there for the entire project and I am disappointed in how the water heater was elevated as it is sitting up on some unattractive boards in my laundry room.

Technician advised me that work the home inspection report said I needed wasn't necessary, told me a less expensive way to take care of other issues and told me how to do some things myself.
