I rarely write reviews but this one is a MUST!! First, let me thank HomeAdvisor.com for connecting me to C & W Plumbing. With any major repair job, nothing is as easy as it seems and this job was no exception. From start to finish, Phil and Neal were absolute professionals. They remained focused, tackled any obstacles/issues that unexpectedly occurred and insisted on working after hours to complete the job. I ordered pizza for the guys as a way to say thank you. The quality of work passed with flying colors by City Inspector. C & W Plumbing magnet will find permanent home on the frig. Thanks for all the hard work and dedication too quality and details for this meticulous homeowner.

Performed water heater drain install fixed low water pressure issue and leak checked toilet very knowledgeable and professional great service.

The technician did good work and seemed to be thorough. Seemed like the pricing was ridiculously high.

A technician came out to repair two toilets. BEWARE!!! C & W's prices are very high! Their customer service at the office is fine. We had two leaky toilets. Thankfully, we asked the tech to estimate how much the repair of two toilets would cost up front after he arrived. He carefully filled out a very lengthy estimate in great detail of the repair for each toilet. It was over $1,200. He never suggested replacing the toilets at any point after we discussed and went over his estimate. We almost fell over and sent him packing out the door after we paid a 49. trip charge. A brand new toilet wouldn't cost anywhere near as much as he was quoting for the repair of each unit. He really should have suggested a new toilet install due to the very high cost of the repair estimate. BEWARE!! Also, we just found out our elderly friends hired C & W to install a few bathroom faucet fixtures of which they had already purchased at Home Depot. The bill came to roughly 800. and our friends said they were shocked and will never have them back!! We are never going to call C W again. We are trying to spread the word so unsuspecting people have to pay huge amounts of money for fairly simple repairs and installs.

The technician was here for over two hours and was as determined as I was to clear this stubborn drain once and for all.

They are great people to work with. Ask for the membership and save money(we didn't) and at the end it was expensive. They waived the first 2 service visits but not the third, that was a little disappointing but at the end, everything looks great. I recommend it to anyone that wants professionals and overall not super expensive.

Ridiculous price gowging. Only had them install in the toilet because we waited so long for them to come out, we had to get it installed. They charged $300. Hired another plumber to finish the project and their price to put in a toilet was $109. Big difference. Prices on the rest of the project same difference. I will never recommend C&W plumbing. Their prices are criminal.

They forgot me on the first appointment, rescheduled when I called. It was a tough clogged pipe, hard to get at. They didn't quit until the clog was gone. I will call them again.

From my initial call Rachel was very friendly & professional, contacted me before coming out as promised, on time, the plumber was very honest &professional, went out of his way to help with our issue and also explained what caused the issue. We had a clogged tub/shower and is now working, all for a reasonable price! Will call them again for future work and will tell a friend in need of a Plumber!

Very good work quality, and in plumbing I would rather pay for quality (no issues later) than the alternative. On the expensive side, and yes I was upsold, but in the long run, it should pay off. Time will tell.

They did a beautiful job.

The technician came at 6:30 P.M. on a Saturday. He stayed until after 8:30 P.M., and had put in a new water heater and hauled the old one away. I was impressed with C & W's professionalism.

Samuel was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done before and during the repair. He repaired a defunct outside faucet and pipe assembly. Excellent service!

Great service and the service tech Corey was very professional and courteous. However, can do better w/ timely service; appointment was for 9:00 but did not show up until noon. Other than showing up late; I highly recommend C & W Plumbing for quality and professional plumbing service.

Returned call promptly scheduled repair immediately very timely service.

We really liked the guy that came out to do the work. We were impressed with his demeanor & he did a great job unclogging a blockage.
