Neil Reynolds quickly diagnosed the problem, unclogged the pipe by removing a PVC section, removed and replaced a bad connection, reassembled the pipes and left everything clean. He seemed knowledgeable and was very efficient.

Outstanding service attitude! The actual plumber examined the situation, explained in simple terms what needed to be done. The plumber showed me the specific part that broke inside the shower knob and fixed it! Do yourself a favor, call C & W Plumbing, it is easier. Who knew that I would have needed a torch & special wrench to fix a knob. Some shower knobs have a locking fitting. It's tight and the plumber had to heat the ring to loosen the locking fitting. If you brake the fitting, that would have broken the internal pipe fitting in the wall. That would have not have been good.

The two gentlemen that repaired my hot water heater did a thorough job; they recorded what they did on their phones to show me the issues. These guys were very good.
