The tech that came to my home was unfamiliar with my system, probably due to it being older. He had to “get on the phone” to get help on how to fix the issue I was having. He came back inside, changed out the wires to the thermostat. I asked if we maybe needed a new thermostat, due to the age of the system and he said no, it was still working. The temps that day were unusually warm, so I didn’t find out until the next morning that the problem was not resolved. After speaking to some other HVAC experts, they recommended a new thermostat. So my brother bought and installed a new thermostat and so far, so good. So, although he did some work, he did not fix the issue like I paid him to do. I kind of feel screwed over. I would not hire them again, but I appreciate the effort he put in.

Kyle with Burris Mechanical was so helpful when my upstairs was not cooling he was in and out less then 30 minutes and got it all fixed up! Not to mention the office staff from extremely helpful when I called in a panic she was able to get me right in. Would defiantly recommend Burris Mechanical to all friends and family!
